Migrants, selfish and divided Europe will make Salvini triumph
The Aquarius affair has shown that Italy can pound its fists on the table and make itself heard. But the migrant issue is a structural crisis and cannot be addressed as a humanitarian emergency: everyone must take their own responsibilities and the flows must be governed. (Of Fulvio Echelon, LAWS)
I CONSUMERS: NPL AND GACS? A BIG CHEAT
Written and reported by Marco Milioni
«Small banking disputes under 100 thousand euros? I pretty much am all contestable by savers. For this reason, when credit institutions make demands, know that most of the time they are inadmissible, which is why we invite everyone to have those reports examined by a specialist". It is Alfredo Belluco who speaks in such peremptory tones, Venetian president and regional vice-president of Confedercontribuenti, a consumer association among the most active during the scandal of the reversals of the former popular Venetian companies VeBa and BpVi.
However Belluco in the video interview given to Alganews.it issues another warning. In his opinion, the issue of non-performing loans in the belly of the banks (slangly known as non performing loans about Eg) it is nothing more than "a half-sham" designed to attack the assets of small savers precisely in light of the fact that the requests made to the latter are too frequently tainted by unfairness of all kinds starting from «from the application of usurious rates which are prohibited by law». Then the banks, Belluco still maintains, they would have inflated the claims made to many account holders also with the aim of dressing up their balance sheets to be "more attractive for the stock market and other investors".

Orban: pronti ad aiutare l'Italia. Not with quotas, but with expulsions
In an interview given to public radio, relaunched by Repubblica, the Hungarian president Viktor Orban he expressed his opinion on the new positions taken by the Italian government on the issue of immigration, saying he was ready to help Italy. L’aiuto offerto però, differently than you might think, it would not consist of hiring, from Budapest, of a share of refugees, but in an aid in expulsion procedures. Orban thus reiterates a clear line: l’unica quota accettata dall’Ungheria è la quota zero.
“I understand that the Italians have said with a free vote that they want to free themselves from the wave of migrants.” said the Fidesz leader, “if the new Italian government wants, Hungary led by me, that I was the precursor of firmness in the name of Christian Europe, is ready to provide Rome with its help and experience. Certainly not to divide migrants between various member countries of the European Union. No, we are ready to help our Italian friends expel migrants". Read More
Libya in the hands of traffickers now looks to Italy for a turning point
Of Alessandra Bocchi

Source: The Lighthouse on the World
Migrations for Libya and from Libya are still a problem and, to pay for it, it is the same local population. “The Libyans want the immigration phenomenon to be stopped”, Jamal Adel tells us, a boy who is part of the Tebu tribe in Kufra in the south-east of the country.
“It would be a great thing if the new interior minister Matteo Salvini could stop the migration problem", another boy who requested anonymity for security reasons and who works for an organization that monitors conflicts in Sebha tells us, a town destroyed by human trafficking.
The boy then adds that “few newspapers are interested in what Libyans think about the migration phenomenon but, actually, we want this phenomenon to stop because it is seriously damaging our country".
Mac K. B. Simpsons, Ghanaian and migration expert who lives in Tripoli, he tells us: “It is important that this trafficking is stopped before the migrants even enter Libya”.
For many Libyans the problem is to be found above all in the NGOs operating in the Mediterranean: “Traffickers rely on NGOs, it has already been proven that they collaborate. They also feed the Libyan and Italian mafias", says Adel. Read More
THE CEI ASKS THE DIOCESES FOR INFORMATION ON THE MIGRANTS RECEIVED. THE BIG PIECE'S COMMENT
Of Marco Tosatti
“The style of the Court” has been informed of some news which, if confirmed, appears very interesting, given the climate we live in these days following government decisions to curb human trafficking, and the – lucrative – activities of NGOs. The CEI has sent all the Bishops sheets to fill out to collect information on how many asylum seekers have been welcomed by them, dove, in which facilities and so on.
Let us not forget that the Church and collateral organizations are strongly interested in this substantial business.
Anyone wishing to have more detailed information, in the silence of the mainstream media (but how could it be otherwise? A son of the owner of the largest Italian publishing group is the director of an NGO that has two ships involved in trafficking…) you can read this three-part investigation by colleague Francesca Totolo.
