Genetic modification through insects

Of Marco Milioni

I am sending you a report published on Ytali.com which is inspired by a long article that appeared in Science. There is talk of the effects on crops that an experimental program launched by the Pentagon could have…

Virus Gm. If the Pentagon allies itself with insects
A research program designed and funded by the United States Department of Defense, named “Insect Allies” (Insect Allies), takes genetic engineering to a new level. The alarm of scientists
Of Tiziano Gomiero
Lor last 5 October, in the magazine Science, one of the most important international scientific journals, a long article was published, signed by some eminent European scientists, from the title Agricultural research, or a new bioweapon system? (Agronomic research, or a new biological weapons system?). The articleit is a reflection (or perhaps better a complaint) on the research program designed and funded by the United States Department of Defense, named Insect Allies (Insect Allies).
The research project, which takes genetic engineering to a new level, It aims to modify the DNA of plants grown directly in the field, through genetically modified viruses (Gm), transferred to crops by insects, and able, in turn, to engineer the genome of infected plants. GM viruses will be transmitted to crops by phytophagous insects (like aphids, grasshoppers, bedbugs), bred and infected with such viruses, during their feeding activities. Once in the plants, GM viruses modify the genome to make it capable of making the plant produce substances, or physiological responses, that help the plant itself cope with stress. This, according to the Department of Defense.
The Pentagon explained that the research program aims to develop a crop protection system capable of rapidly acting on the plant genome, to help them cope with extreme events, such as drought or pest attacks. In such eventualities, a population of modified insects can be released onto crops. Insects, inoculating the plants with the GM viruses with which they were infected, they allow viruses to modify their physiology to better adapt it to the specific stress to which the plants are subjected. According to the Department of Defense, Insects infected with GM viruses should not be able to survive more than two weeks after release, to prevent them from becoming a problem for the crops themselves, but it is not clear how this can be ensured.

THE OPINION

They all declined, at the same time they became useless: there is no one who does good, it is not until one. You see, Deus, you will lead them into the pit of destruction(Sal 52, 4; 54, 24).

«They have all gone astray, together they became useless: there is no one who does good, there isn't even one. Ma you, oh God, you will end them in an abyss of ruin". Whoever deviates from the right path of Catholic doctrine and practice not only makes himself useless and foolish, but he also runs the risk of falling into Hell with all those who follow him. But how is it possible that a large part of the Catholic hierarchy has failed in its task and is miserably adrift? There has to be an explanation. A purely chronological fact indicates that the current leaders of the Church were formed - coincidentally - after the Second Vatican Council. In a synthetic way, it can be said that in the last half century a theological education has been imposed, a liturgical form and pastoral practice that have assumed and incorporated contradiction, subjectivism and relativism, deforming the minds of the clerics and making them accustomed to them. France: devastated churches and desecrated tabernacles

Report Roman correspondence

France: as many as four churches in Morbihan and two in Loire-Atlantique have been the subject of thefts and devastation in recent days. Two young people were noticed by some witnesses, as they fled from the church of Saint-Gildas: immediately afterwards, thick smoke was noticed coming from inside the sacred building. The alarm was raised, the Fire Brigade immediately arrived on the scene, averting the worst. The alleged perpetrators have already been arrested by the gendarmerie and taken to cells.
Still: San Martino in Arzal also ended up in the crosshairs, where the tabernacle was desecrated; same thing in the parish of Santa Cecilia in Boulogne-Billancourt, in Hauts-de-Seine, and then again to Marzan: in both cases the consecrated Hosts were also stolen. Similar crimes were also perpetrated at the churches of Plouhamel and Sarzeau, where the criminals attacked the statue of San Saturnino, and then again to Herbignac and Saint-Gildas-des-Bois.
Two arrests were made by the San Nazario gendarmerie, arrests of individuals somehow involved in such incidents. However, there is maximum confidentiality in this regard, as the investigation continues.
NOTE FROM “CHRIST THE KING”: Let's hope that, the churches being occupied by non-Catholics, at least the hosts were not truly consecrated. This, Anyway, does not diminish the scope of the vile act of vandalism with clear intent to desecrate the sacred. Read More
