On the bridge the silence of the left-wing VIPs

Anzaldi, Rai supervision: "Fabio Fazio? It costs too much and doesn't work"SHAME ON ITALY
Of Gaetano Mineo
From Vauro to Mannoia up to Saviano, the democratic intelligentsia is on vacation. Only perfunctory comments on the viaduct tragedy. Or sewn mouths
The so-called intellectual left seems to be on vacation. In great communication, protagonist of this Genoese tragedy, few traces of those who are always on the front line to have their say to be part of the game. And at all costs. Few traces for those political jackals (and not), ready to ride the wave, sometimes drama, to gather some consensus or share points. Perhaps, the answer lies entirely in these whistles that accompanied the entry into the pavilions of the Genoa Fair of some political exponents who in recent years - according to them – they embodied the left, to be precise. Ponti fascisti opere d'arte resistenti a tutto

Fascist bridges works of art resistant to everythingExamples of engineering and architecture that not even Anti-Fascism throws down

Of Angela Di Pietro
When He was there, not only did the trains arrive on time, but the bridges never came down and even today they resist everything, also two point zero for Anti-Fascism, all carelessness, to the absence of maintenance. For the bridges built in Italy during the twenty years of fascism, designed by eminent professionals of the time, the toponym “littorio” was frequently used, or “of the lictor”. The war conflict ended and the Republic was established, In the 1946, the viaducts lost the name "Littoria" and changed names (don't do it). Everyone. They were well made, they were resistant, but they were destined to oblivion because they were linked to the figure of the Duce.
One of the most important is without a doubt the littorio bridge in Venice, today known as the “Freedom Bridge”. The Brescia engineer Eugenio Giuseppe Miozzi was in charge of the design work, example of honesty and ability, who doesn't even have a registered street because men like him are considered "to be forgotten", like Mussolini. The most important work entrusted to him was that of the littorio bridge (today Liberty Bridge) which connects Venice with the mainland by car. A highway on water. The construction, long 22 meters, it was made of reinforced concrete and stone, from “Ferrobeton” with great rapidity, alone 18 months. The bridge was inaugurated in 1933 with the name of “Littorio bridge” by Umberto II of Savoy together with his wife Maria José of Belgium, Benito Mussolini was also present. Still in Veneto", in the municipality of Verona, there is the “Vittoria bridge. It was the 1925 when…

Benetton Maletton

FIFTH COLUMN
Of Marcello Veneziani
The Benettons not only produced sweaters and managed highways but were the first local factory of global ideology. They were not only sponsors but also precursors of the ideological alphabet, symbolic and sentimental of the left. They were the bridge, it's worth saying, between the multinational interests of global capitalism and the Americanization of the planet, with their profits and their marketing and anti-racism messages, against sexism, in favor of society without borders, lgbt, transgressive and progressive. Their campaigns, entrusted to Oliviero Toscani, they tried to unite the shock side, which often bordered on bad taste and a punch in the stomach, with the progressive humanitarian message: multiracial society, without borders, without distinctions of sex, of religions, of ethnic groups and peoples, with special attention to minors. Remove barriers everywhere, except at toll booths, where it comes to taking tolls. Benetton recently also carried out humanitarian campaigns on immigrant boats and launched a video "against all resurgent racism". The connection between sermons on the skin of the desperate and selling sweaters or charging cars tolls is mysterious. Read More

Saviano sentenced (again) for Gomorrah

Saviano sentenced (again) for Gomorrah: will have to compensate a defamed entrepreneurHe will have to compensate a defamed entrepreneur
RECIPIENT
The writer and Mondadori did not correct a passage on which the judge had already expressed his opinion
Roberto Saviano and Mondadori Libri were sentenced to jointly pay 15 thousand euros to an entrepreneur, already compensated with 30 thousand euros four years ago due to a sentence that became final. This is because the writer did not rectify the passage in the book “Gomorrah” in which Vincenzo Boccolato, with no criminal record and resident abroad, he is described as a member of a Camorra clan. The lawyers Alessandro Santoro made this known, Sandra Salvigni and Daniela Mirabile, lawyers of Boccolato, who explain that the provision, filed three days ago, it was signed by the judge of the first civil section of Milan Angelo Claudio Ricciardi.
In summary, Saviano and the publishing house decided to continue reprinting the same edition without removing the defamatory expressions sanctioned in the first conviction. Circumstance that the judge assessed as “new defamatory offence”.

Count of miracles

FIFTH COLUMN
Of Marcello Veneziani
He will be a walk-on, but Giuseppe Conte makes an impression at Palazzo Chigi. So far in his seventy-day trip around the world he has never made a mistake, a phrase, a statement. The only gaffe belongs to his previous life, when he wrote CVs to bulk up a bit. Now there's no more need to argue, in two months he created an enviable CV, reality surpasses rumor. In his speeches perhaps he will keep to the obvious, on the generic, doesn't decide much, it merely entertains, repeat, simulate; but the little he said and the very little he did, he said it and he did it well, without ever going unbalanced. He kept himself on edge with a prodigious balancing act, than even the tightrope walkers at village festivals, those that in our Puglia we called tarall'e Zucchere. He managed not to displease Di Maio, Salvini and Mattarella, indeed he gave the impression of agreeing with each of them. It is Padre Pio's last miracle to demonstrate that nothing is impossible, even that a Count suddenly becomes prime minister, without firing a shot. And don't be attacked by anyone, print included. It sounds the alarm for many Council: just 8×1000 Bergoglio and in line sovereignist!

Faithful to the line. By SalviniOf Manuel Founded
Viminale flooded with messages of solidarity. “Christian family attacks you? Don't care, we believers are on your side”
A hand rising towards, the face of a disconcerted Matteo Salvini; under, the title: «Go back Salvini». The cover of Famiglia Cristiana, predictably it sparked numerous controversies. «Nothing personal or ideological. It's about the Gospel" specified the weekly magazine that, after yet another tragedy of migrants dying at sea, took stock of the commitment of the Italian Church, "against certain contemptuous and non-evangelical tones". «The approach to Satan seems to me to be in very poor taste. I don't pretend to give lessons to anyone, I am the last of the good Christians, but I don't think I deserve so much" the reply of the Minister of the Interior.
But which side did the Catholic people take?? Judging by the amount of messages sent directly to Salvini, clearly on his side. «Famiglia Cristiana gravely insults the Minister of the Interior in office. Famiglia Cristiana publicly apologizes to the Minister of the Interior and to the Italians and publishes the pedophile priest of Calenzano on the front page…#castration #pretipedophiles. Very harsh laws must be enacted for the crimes of Pedophilia" writes Massimiliano. Read More

The enemies of Christian civilization

A masterful article by someone who is not Catholic, but it comes with the observation of reality, reason and culture, to describe the truth. (n.d.r.)

Of Marcello Veneziani
Christian civilization today has three enemies: the Islamic invasion, atheistic materialism and Bergoglio's church. In different ways and degrees they are uprooting the seed of Christianity from our lives, the link with its symbols, with his wedding ring and his tradition. They detest any attempt to give visibility and centrality to the Christian message, they can't stand the crucified in public places, they are indignant if someone raises the problem of safeguarding their living space, its cities, its rites and liturgies.
The former want to replace a religion that they feel is declining with theirs and submit Christianity to Islam. The second wants to erase every trace of spirituality and of religious presence from the public horizon for reduce man to his desires and his selfishness. The third wants to reduce Christian civilization to a place of welcome, humanitarian corridor, to the point of losing every living trace of Christianity. The first comes from below, from the south of the world, from boats and NGOs. The second comes down from above, from the great factories of atheism and nihilism that nest in the media, in the consumer society, in the sanctuaries of finance and ideology. Read More

Guareschi, del '68 se ne fece un baffo

Of Marcello Veneziani

Like today (yesterday for those reading, n.d.r.), fifty years ago, in the fateful '68, he went to the other world Giovannino Guareschi. He left the small world that few had described, to reach the big world, the one where that Lord lived who in his House gave advice to one of his fiery dependents on earth, Don Camillo. At least that's what Guareschi says.

He left early, Giovannino, a 60 years, after a troubled life, between concentration camp, prison under fascism and anti-fascism, plus a host of books translated all over the world, of very popular films that represented that fabulous post-war Italy, and adventures in the press, like his impertinent Candide who played a decisive role in the defeat of the social-communist popular front in the 1948 elections.
Giovannino died on 22 July '68 but he had time to write his last Don Camillo dedicated to today's young people. The book was released posthumously and marked the striking contrast between the old communist Peppone (that the anti-communist Guareschi had made sympathetic with his irrepressible humanity), the tough Don Camillo and a young, beardless protester, who was traveling on a motorbike with studded and fringed bags and a black jacket with a skull and the words "Veleno". Which becomes the boy's nickname for Guareschi and also the metaphor of the protest. "The Chinese" also arrive in the town of Brescello and upset the ideological geometries of the Italian-Stalinist Peppone and also displace the religious ones of the parish priest. Guareschi links the protest to the advent of the consumer societyi. For him the antagonism between the two phenomena is only occasional, related, not substantial. Consumerism devours the small ancient world and the old faiths, but he catches Peppone who leaves his bike and rides in a red spider. Consumerism is the habitat of 1968. Read More

Exponent of Libera Calabrese sues Amorosi but loses

Reporting of Antonio Amorosi
Exponent of Libera Calabrese sues Amorosi but the judge dismisses it. The facts told in “Coop connection”, which the author also presented in Verona on 7/11/2016 (as per the poster on the side) they are true

Red T-shirt will triumph…Long live the Rolex, the attic and freedom. Il Tempo tells the story of the newly nicknamed with hundreds of “LIKE” by Matteo Castagna on social media like “RIDICULOUSLY CHIC”:

Leading exponent of Libera, in the heart of the 'ndrangheta, he sues me for having written about Coop Connection in the book, in 30 pages on Libera, his support for a woman with family ties to the local mafia families, arrested together with her husband for illegal possession of weapons, receiving stolen goods and theft and the attacks on an anti-mafia activist in serious danger (but not Libera). The judge dismisses because the "text is based on events that occurred". Time talks about it (11/7/2018) and tell us how it works…

The Maricello

Of Marcello Veneziani
My father was a great builder of maricelli. As soon as he reached the sea, he undressed and began the work. He built a seat on the seashore with two larger flat stones and began his construction project with his feet in the water.. He gathered the largest stones in a circle, now moving them, now sliding them until they turn upside down, bringing their darkest side to light, an intense green belly inhabited by mussels, algae, crabs and snails. Then he created a double layer of enclosure for his natural swimming pool. He worked hard. Sometimes he finished the work when we had to go home.
When I was little the Maricello was made especially for me. I was happy to enter that paternal basin, I wallowed blissfully and protected; I was convinced that its very name, maricello, was derived from mine, or vice versa. But when I got a little older and went out to sea, my father continued his marine construction, with the same enthusiasm, even without a visible beneficiary.
He found emotional motivation again to build temporary swimming pools when his grandchildren arrived, and then my children. He made mischievous things for them, sometimes even double, to avoid interport conflicts between small usufructuaries. And he continued in his art of maritime construction even when they were grown up and he had now passed his gravest years. He arrived at the seaside and set to work diligently, as if he had a contract to respect with the harbor master's office or who knows. Or as if they were ex-votos for Neptune, for Aphrodite or for some unknown marine deity. Read More
