Roberto Saviano, probably from his New York penthouse where he lives well protected (or perhaps from some pleasant place, secret and armored holiday resort) writes that Matteo Salvini should be arrested because – preventing the disembarkation of 177 immigrants saved at sea by our Coast Guard – he is violating the Constitution on which he was sworn in as minister.

Saviano hates Matteo Salvini, it is his right guaranteed by the Constitution, which was also designed to allow people like him – and to all the ignorant, arrogant, stupid and wicked – to be able to freely express their thoughts. But fortunately the Constitution also says other things. For example – article one – that sovereignty belongs to the people, not to writers or even to magistrates.
