A real uproar is breaking out in this period, in Treviso, because of a motion presented by city councilor Vittorio Zanini (conscientious objector gynecologist) which expresses, in the premises of the text in question, some very clear intentions, that is, to favor the maternity protection against the now easy and immediate resort to abortion; support theuniqueness of natural family founded on the union of a man and a woman; protect the inalienable right of children to have a father (male) and a mother (female) against the abominable practice of "uterus for rent“; promote and spread the reality principle which reiterates the diversity of the only two sexes present in nature.
Concretely, the motion commits the Municipality to promote a series of actions including: the creation of a permanent table among pro-life associations to devise projects and initiatives aimed at preventing the superficial use of abortion; the collaboration withUlss and public consultancies; the recognition of the family as the founding cell of society. An initiative so "against the grain" compared to certain politics, could not go unnoticed: in fact the minority, in the Municipality, led by Roberto Grigoletto, asked for measures. Really, the latter called a press conference on the motion in question, asking the mayor Mario Conte to withdraw it and declaring himself available to rewrite it, with the participation of associations Lgbt That, for their part, they sparked a media protest by organizing a signature collection on Change.org.
The text of the petition from the rainbow associations is unique and we report it almost in its entirety: «Il 21 February the motion presented by the Treviso municipal councilor Vittorio Zanini against abortion and against "differently traditional" families will be discussed. Today we women among many, we are married, cohabitants, single, heterosexuals, homosexuals, workers and housewives, Italian and foreign we are all united in expressing our horror and our indignation towards a motion that we consider retrograde and mortifying for the entire human race».
Therefore also for Zanini's motion, it became necessary to create an ad hoc petition whose intent is "retrograde" and "mortifying" according to the associations Lgbt, would consist, as can be clearly seen from the text of the petition in question, simply by being able to express oneself «publicly in favor of women's and children's rights, for the ban on rented wombs".
