Everyone acquitted for not having committed the crime. This is the sentence issued today by the Gup of Mantua Casari against nine defendants. They were adherents of Fasci del Lavoro movement accused of reconstituting the fascist party. In the municipal elections of Sermide-Felonica, In the 2017, then annulled by the Council of State, they won a seat.

No reconstitution

The judge found that there were none prove to accuse them of having wanted to reconstitute the dissolved fascist party. The former president of the Chamber intervened
