NO ABORTION! CitizenGO and the Municipality of Rome will face each other in Court

Image result for orwell tell the truth Maybe someone, in politically and medially lynching the municipal councilor of the League Alberto Zelger for having stated the obvious “The Mosquito” your Radio24, that is, if a group of sodomites were left alone on an island, after a few decades the species would have become extinct, he would like the Municipality of Verona to behave like that of Rome? George Orwell was right, where it says: “In the time of universal deception, telling the truth is a revolutionary act” (Matthew Castagna, “Christ the King”)
Of Filippo Savarese
The CitizenGO Italia Foundation will take the Municipality of Rome to court to ask for justice on the absurd ideological censorship with which they silenced us last May, violating our right (mine and yours) to freely express our ideas and the values that you and I believe in.
I'm going to court to defend your freedom, dear compatriot!

You will certainly remember that shameful case: we had posted all over Rome – paying what is owed – 50 posters on abortion, defining it “the leading cause of femicide in the world” (in fact, tens of millions of abortions are procured every year in the world just because they involve female fetuses – so we told the pure and simple truth!).

An uproar broke out! We were attacked by the so-called party “democratic”, by anti-fascist collectives, dalla Lobby LGBT, from ultra-feminist circles, by the press and left-wing media. The Five Star Council of Virginia Raggi, within a few hours, he decided that You and I had no right to say our opinion on abortion in Italy (saying true things).
And so the Municipality ordered the billboard agency to remove all signs immediately, threatening the revocation of the public concession of the spaces (a shabby method). And this is what happened. But now…
Now you and I have the chance to do justice — to defend our fundamental freedoms and rewrite the history of this very ugly chapter. We have to do it not just for us, but so that our children and grandchildren are free to express themselves.
CitizenGO has relied on one of the most important law firms in the field of Administrative Law. The lawyer's office. Massimo Luciani, professor of Constitutional Law at the Sapienza University of Rome and President of the Italian Constitutionalists Association.
As we said with the lawyer. Luciani, this is not about defending the merit of our message, that can be shared or contested. This is about defending the Human Right to express your opinions freely — although “uncomfortable” o “politically incorrect”. You don't believe it too?
I will personally go to Court, putting your face on it, not for me. But for you. For you and for all those who want to remain FREE to express their ideas in Italy.
We have already filed the appeal with the Administrative Court of Lazio. We contest the municipal regulation on billboards which, in fact, gives the Municipality the absolute power to decide what opinions can and cannot be expressed via billboards. We maintain that that rule is absolutely illegitimate and against constitutional principles.
If we win this trial, the rule with which we were censored will be invalidated. And then we'll start again with a new one, great campaign in favor of Life and above all in favor of my and your right to freely express our opinions. Can you imagine what a thrill it would be?
The stakes, Therefore, she is very tall! We can write the History of Fundamental Freedoms in Italy.
Sue the Municipality of Rome? I wouldn't even think about it! Better to live in peace.

But I don't want to live 'quietly'. I want to live free.
You too? So courage: let's go and win this trial to become free again! Help us today!
Thank you very much for your support — together we can win!
