UN pact would make it impossible to expel illegal immigrants

We explain why the “Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration” (GCM), that is, the first world treaty sponsored by the UN, you effectively eliminate borders.
For this United States, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Slovakia and other countries decided not to sign it: the risks of governments losing control of their borders are too evident.
The objection made by those in favor is that the treaty would be "non-binding": but then you don't understand why you should sign something that is useless. Instead it is useful, to liberalize immigration. Dealing the final blow to our national sovereignty.

When they say that signing has no consequences, they should notify Louise Arbor, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for International Migration, who declared that “The European Union now, and even more so in the coming decades, will have to find immediate solutions to open legal channels to bring workforce to the market. It is a problem that is now evident in the economies of many countries, both European and non-European, who will be faced with a significant human resources deficit in the future". So, we should sign because we need, she says, of many new immigrants: and by signing we would have them.
Here it is, At that time, the GMC is far from “non-binding”.
And the steering committee of the CDU in Stuttgart explains why, who voted last Wednesday, in controversy with Merkel, against the signing of the GMC by the federal government.

This pact will have “important consequences for the Federal Republic of Germany”, reads the motion presented by the Stuttgart-East section […] It is feared that “without going through parliaments, a tradition of international law is created that, after a few years, will be considered binding by international judges and tribunals.". With this pact, we read again “a right to immigration will be created for all those who, with the best will in the world, they cannot be recognized as persecuted persons or refugees”.

Translated, it means that a sort of 'informal law' would be created which would allow our magistrates to refer to the GMC (signed by our authorities) per, in fact, prevent the expulsions of illegal immigrants and open the borders to anyone: and we know, that several of our magistrates do not need to be educated, in this.
In short, we would give the red robes a foothold - a treaty signed by the Government - to circumvent Italian laws by referring to the GMC. Already today they do it regarding vague 'human rights' treaties, imagine if they wouldn't do it with this.
So, our government would find itself making decisions that would then be rejected by the courts in a legal guerrilla war that would prevent the necessary expulsions.
To date, the Italian government has not taken a position on the issue, and the treaty will be voted on December 11th.
