Why by signing you implicitly accept the false concept of “brain death” with a beating heart.

Why violates the right to privacy (art.7 e 8 D.Lgs 196/20) in the healthcare sector, exposing to three filings: SIT (transplant information system), FSE (electronic health record) and REGISTRY REGISTRY.
Why the municipal employee who requires the signature – AND / NO / I don't express myself– he may be a transplant, or relative of patients on the waiting list or ideological, or in conflict of interest.
Why NO to the Registry does not give any guarantee: in addition to the SIT, the healthcare professional will verify the possession of subsequent cards or handwritten declarations, or the existence of wishes expressed to family members.
Why the YES, however, is over-guaranteed as by law the family cannot oppose the consent.
