While at an international level there is a call for a suspension of donation in cardio-circulatory arrest, as “cardiac death” can be reversible, in Italy where it is illegal (L.91/99) they are practicing it, "Quatti Quatti", in various hospitals. Tactics of fait accompli (not reported nor prosecuted thanks to hidden complicity) to then obtain the legalization without debate of a predatory "custom".. In this paper we will argue that non-beating heart donors may not yet be dead, and therefore that the donation of organs from people in cardiac arrest may contravene the rule of donation after death. Trenton McKinley, a little boy of 13 Alabama years (USA), considered "brain dead" he woke up from a coma shortly after his parents had signed the form authorizing the removal of his organs.

Last March Trenton was at a friend's house playing with a trailer towed by a car, after a sudden stop, he found himself catapulted onto the concrete and the trailer, overturned, it landed on top of him, hitting him on the head: seven skull fractures and severe brain trauma.
Hospitalized at the USA Medical Center, he was placed on life-sustaining ventilation and had to go through a series of dramatic tests: craniotomia, 4 cardiac arrests one of these lasting for 15 minutes, renal failure. At this point the doctors told the parents that their son would never return to "normal" and if he woke up he would remain in a vegetative state and that if he had another cardiac arrest, it would have been better to “let him go”.

The alarm immediately went off: the club doctor. Frank Odgaard, immediately performed cardiac massage, After 8 minutes the ambulance arrived.

Hopes that Solbakken could make it were virtually nil, so much so that Odgaard himself declared Solbakken, amidst general dismay, “clinically dead”. His heart had stopped beating, but here it is on the way from the camp to the hospital, after others 7 minutes, the miracle happened: the pulse resumed, Solbakken came back to life.

Citizens tell us that when renewing their identity card the employee asks them to sign the form relating to organ and tissue donation. When the citizen refuses to sign, aware that the expression of will constitutes a right and not an obligation, the operator claims that the system does not allow him to proceed with obtaining the identity card, claiming that the signature is an obligation. Therefore the identity card is denied.
Not only that, the authorized Municipalities do not present to the citizen requesting the renewal of the Card d’ identity the standard form, that is, the scheme prepared by the Guidelines (n. 0002128 of the 29/7/2015) of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Interior which regulates the expression of consent or refusal to donate organs and tissues. Instead they present a manipulated form with the addition of a third option "I do not comment on organ and tissue donation". This addition lists citizens who do not want to sign on principle and instrumentally places them in the limbo of those who cannot decide.
From our point of view and from how the story is experienced by the citizens who contacted us, this is an indisputable abuse of office, disguised as legality, abuse of power and ideological falsehood. Read More

Those who went to renew their Identity Card at the registry office of some Municipalities, taken aback, signed a form relating to organ donation presented by the operator as if the "choice in the Municipality" was a duty. In retrospect, they consider themselves blackmailed and ask the Anti-Predation League for a solution. ALFIE EVANS SHOULD HAVE DIED: SHAME!

Alfie died at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool on 28 April after extubation (removal of support ventilation) performed on 23 April by order of the British Court (and European Court collusion) who imposed kidnapping and death on the little boy "for his best interest", in absolute contempt of the wishes of his parents who wanted to care for him elsewhere.

After extubation Alfie defied doctors' expectations, starting to breathe on his own. He continued to breathe on his own for 5 days. They were practiced on him 4 injections with drugs shortly before his death.
No one can say whether Alfie would have had a better chance of treatment in another hospital, as the parents claimed with determination and Herculean effort, or how long he would live; he certainly would not have died like that due to the stubborn choice of the medical and legal authorities who considered this death acceptable. Il 2 August 2002 former minister Sirchia decreed “For the clear transmissibility of the HIV virus through an organ transplant, In any case, transplants from an HIV-positive donor are prohibited.". By Decree of 1 February 2018 Minister Lorenzin, in illegal times (fall of the government) he replaced Sirchia's diktat with his own: “E’ Organ donation from HIV-positive donors is permitted…in favor of HIV positive recipients…”

This was announced by the director of the National Transplant Center and the publication in the Official Gazette no. 56. Nanni Costa explained the importance of this protocol which in his opinion "removes a factor of discrimination from the HIV donor". His goodness! A perfect alibi in the do-good society. You want to create an inferiority complex for a poor HIV positive donor who wants to save lives? You deny him the privilege of being quartered for good? Never be, Better, it is much better to aggravate the situation of the recipient who, in addition to his HIV, takes on the donor's HIV. So we are sure that two of them will die. But giving infected organs to certain sick people is not, this one yes, real discrimination? Attention, one thing leads to another. The next step will be HIV for all. The proof? Predators like to boast that for the first time in Brescia, a “stopped heart” multi-organ harvest was carried out. And people think if the heart is still, is dead. No gentlemen, if the heart is still from 1 the da 5 or more minutes the heart is not dead, can be reactivated with the “resusitation”, so much so that they can make that heart work in another person.
By law, organ harvesting is carried out exclusively on people in a coma who have been declared "brain dead" with a beating heart. But opposition is growing and transplant doctors have begun to illegally plan the removal of organs from patients with non-beating hearts but living brains, imitating other criminal nations. What is not said is that the immediate (1-5 minutes) and invasive preparation for explantation precedes the declaration of cardiac death which occurs afterwards 20 minutes (ECG feedback). With a non-beating heart, organs without oxygenation deteriorate rapidly, even more so later 20 minutes, making transplantation impossible. Therefore extracorporeal circulation is practiced (ECMO) to maintain perfusion, not for treatment purposes but to safeguard the organs to be transplanted, obstructing the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain with a balloon that closes the aorta above the kidneys causing the brain to crash. A little girl from Alabama – Lacey Jane Ayers – ended up dying after a very serious car accident.
The little girl suffered serious trauma to both her brain and neck. She had been hospitalized in intensive care at the Children's Hospital in Birmingham for days and showed no signs of recovery. By now the doctors had lost all hope, so much so that he contacted his family for a final farewell before suspending life support.
But right at the last moment the little girl started breathing and moving again. As reported by the Daily Mail, the doctor who follows her was very satisfied with Lacey's progress during the last hours and her uncle underlined: “I visited her and she shook my hand”.
