E’ Of 31 arrests and 6 wanted people the balance sheet of a maxi operation by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Rome against the “Casamonica clan”. According to what was ascertained by investigators, “they didn't need to use violence, the name alone was enough of the Casamonica family to gain respect”. The victims of the clan, Indeed, they didn't report it both for fears of retaliation and because paying the Casamonicas represented a sort of “life insurance”. Among the victims of usury there is also one of Franco Zeffirelli's sons.
