One cannot doubt the personal and institutional good faith of a President of the Republic like Sergio Mattarella: if he said on live TV that the birth of the Lega-M5S government with Paolo Savona in the Economy would put Italians' savings at risk, we must believe him and respect his choices. This is how a democracy works: Impeachment is fine for a president who betrays his country, not for one who assumes his ultimate responsibilities. And then the final opinion, at the Quirinale, it almost certainly came from the president of the ECB, Mario Draghi: chi, still today, he could have ignored it?
