Missouri is also pro-life: stop all'aborto oltre l'ottava settimana

Another American state chooses to follow Donard Trump's line.
The Missouri Senate voted favorably on a bill establishing the ban on abortion, starting from the eighth week of pregnancy. This is a first step, happened yesterday, towards the definitive approval and entry into force of the new law. The proposal includes exceptions for emergency medical situations (ad is. life risks for the mother), but not in the case of pregnancies caused by incest or rape.
With the endorsement of the Republican majority and governor Mike Parson, the Missouri it joins the long list of conservative states who are following the political line dictated by US President Donald Trump. Ever since the head of the White House started a political program of restrictions on abortion, in America a pro-life conscience has been rediscovered.
Just a few days ago, the decision of the Republican governor of Alabama Kay Ivey has caused controversy, which completely reformulated the right to abortion, also for women who have suffered rape or incest

The red robes chasing Salvini: “I warn you that in the next few hours the ballet on the seized ships will begin again”

I warn you that in the next few hours the ballet on the seized ships will begin again".
Matteo Salvini, during the presentation of Carlo Nordio's book The season of indulgence and its poisoned fruits, warn: “Process more process less… risk 15 years and I will risk them again but I won't change my mind".
The red robes want to attempt the push before the European elections.
E, between the Sea Watch 3 and the Mare Jonio have already returned to sail the Mediterranean, the investigating judge Sarpietro accepted the prosecutor's request by dismissing the Open Arms team. But only because of the difficulties in proving criminal conspiracy.
The investigation was coordinated by the district attorney Carmelo Zuccaro and by deputies Fabio Regolo and Andrea Bonomo who ordered the seizure of the vessel. The Spanish NGO had been accused of having picked up illegal immigrants to "bring them to Italy, without respecting the rules, indeed violating them knowingly".

La Ue contro Zingaretti che "discrimina gli zingari"…

Zingaretti discriminates against gypsies. It seems like the law of retaliation, but this is what the European Union reproaches the president of Lazio and secretary of the Democratic Party. And we would very much like to stand in solidarity with him and his budget councilor, the excellent Alessandra Sartore, forced to defend the institution from a Badaloni law...
In practice, from Brussels they wake up twenty years later to offer our accommodation to the Roma people, who complains of being discriminated against. Public housing, but, they follow absolutely normal criteria, as the Pisana councilor recalled, with necessary requirements such as residency and eviction. Nomads don't have them, in most cases.

Bannon: "Le elezioni europee provocheranno un terremoto a Bruxelles"

Steve Bannon, Donald Trump's former chief strategist, he is convinced of the success of the sovereignist forces who will win at least a third of the seats. A result, This, which will change the political scenarios of the Old Continent
Steve Bannon makes his voice heard again. This time, Donald Trump's former chief strategist, he focuses on the upcoming European elections, saying he is sure of a big one statement of the sovereignist and populist forces that will change the political balance in Brussels.

Bannon, Indeed, he is convinced that the parties of the "Eurocritical" galaxy can win a third of the seats in the new European Parliament. There will be a “supergroup of European populists and nationalists” that could count “between 33 percent and the 35 percent” of seats. And this statement “will cause a earthquake a Bruxelles”. A shock that will change the political scenarios of the Old Continent.
In an interview with the agency Dpa, Bannon says he travels to Europe frequently but only in his capacity “observer”. The former advisor to the US president reiterates, Indeed, of having played no role in this advance of populism in Europe.
The leaders of these parties, explains, “they didn't need any help. They know exactly what to do. They know exactly how to motivate their base and are very focused on this”. If confirmed by the polls, the result will be even more significant, whereas only two years ago, with Emmanuel Macron's victory in France, populism was considered “died”. To bring it back into vogue, explains Bannon, protest movements such as that of the Yellow Vests.
Trump's former strategist met the frontrunner in the European elections in Germany Alternative for Germany (AfD), Joerg Meuthen, which he was thrilled with. There is a “great talent”, says Bannon. The latter is certain that the right-wing party will be one of the rising stars of European politics, despite the difficulties in getting rid of racist and xenophobic regurgitations.
“I believe we are only at the beginning of the rise of the AfD”. But the party must focus on “Chinese danger” because that country “it's going to be a big one problem in Germany, as it already is in America”.

Zingaretti chiede una legge per l'eutanasia, but discontent is growing in the Democratic Party

Not everyone likes the position of the secretary
“I think and hope that a law will be made on the end of life, which also includes euthanasia“. Nicola Zingaretti takes a stand on ethical issues. The secretary of the Democratic Party, interviewed by “Corriere Live”, he speaks freely on many topics and even touches on those relating to the "end of life".
The governor of Lazio looks favorably at the proposed law, currently under consideration by the Chamber, presented months ago in Montecitorio by the Radicals by Marco Cappato. But the prevalence of extremely secularist positions, risks bringing history to the surface splits within the Democratic Party.
As, those who are closest to the Christian world are putting their hands forward: Alfredo Bazoli, Enrico Borghi, Stefano Lepri, Camillo D'Alessandro are just some of the PD deputies, which could hinder the law in parliament. For them "there is already a law on the end of life, it was approved thanks to the work of the Democratic Party in the last legislature and is universally considered an excellent law". “Euthanasia – argue the four parliamentarians, in reply to the secretary – It is a very delicate and complex topic, on which there are different positions even in the Democratic Party, so they don't seem like useful forcing to us".

It's not the fault of nationalism

FIFTH COLUMN

by Marcello Veneziani
Once upon a time nationalism. Then after the Second World War the nationalists also changed. The myth of Europe as a Nation emerged (launched by Filippo Anfuso), which was the flag of us kids in the early seventies, Adriano Romualdi wrote a short pamphlet on European nationalism, Maurice Bardéche was co-founder of the European Social Movement, the national right was inspired by the Europe of De Gaulle's homelands, the revolutionary right followed Jean Thiriart of the European Nation who founded Young Europe, like Mazzini.
In short, nationalism for the right was a thing of the past, glorious memory for some, historical moment for others. Then came the European Union which, after the initial enthusiasm, created inconveniences, mortifications and rejection. And it fueled, especially in the east that has emerged from communism, the desire to renationalize. Identity, sovereignty, patria. But it would be a mistake to become anti-European just because we hate this kind of Non-Europe. Even before the European right in the wake of the French Front National, it was Europe itself that raised the ghost of the return of nationalism. Indeed, according to the dominant media story, European parties and powers, Europe is only in danger: that nationalisms reappear.
Now I would like to look back the problems that Europe suffers today. To begin with, that the global and national economic crisis that we have been experiencing for years has to do with it, the expansion of debt, the black hole of finance, unemployment and new poverty, with nationalism which has waned many decades ago or which today appears in opposition? Rather, they are not the result of governments, policies, global economic choices and transnational markets? And then, the corruption of the ruling classes, their widespread inadequacy, their blindness and inability to guide and represent the real interests of the people, the abyss between the governed and the rulers, between institutions and citizens, they are caused by nationalism or rather arise from parties, regimes, powers, establishment, opposing political models prevailing in Italy, in Europe and globalization? And the present degradation of public life, of our historic centers, of the culture and education of peoples, environmental emergencies, structural, the family crisis, of work and the south, sexual violence, social injustices are the fruits of nationalism or rather of processes, mentality, governments, ideology, permissive models that are its antipodes? Mahmood amazes everyone: 'Quale Ramadan, I am Christian'

The singer represents Italy at the Eurovision song contest in Tel Aviv.
That Alessandro Mahmood it was clear that he was not an easily classifiable person, but yesterday yet another confirmation arrived. In the past, his statements on the presence of racism in our country had already caused discussion (“But what racism, there is respect in Italy"). But these days, the young winner of the latest edition of the "Sanremo Festival" has taken positions that are certainly destined to cause discussion.
Busy in Tel Aviv, in Israel, where Saturday will represent Italy in the final of the Eurovision song contest (with a good chance of winning), Mahmood answered questions from foreign journalists, who asked him for clarification on his identity and his religious life.
Sketching out a nice “macaronic English”, Alessandro (born and raised between Milan and Sardinia, from an Italian mother and an Egyptian father, with whom he has no longer had contact for years) he claimed to be “100% Italian”. But the most exhaustive answer was given to the question “Now there is Ramadan. I wonder if you also participate in Ramadan and how you do it?“. Mahmood's reply was dry and he stated with conviction: “No, I don't participate. I am a Christian".
In a world where the word "Christian" has become unpronounceable for many, there are still those, despite his young age, he still wants to define himself as such before the eyes of the world
