In the city where right-wing organizations are denied rooms they legitimately request or where scandal is raised over a banner hanging here or there, the centers of communist violence can continue to act with impunity. Yesterday, they were all the "anarchists" investigated for the arson attacks carried out between 2010 and the 2011 and which affected restaurants and institutions of various kinds. Attacks all the same in terms of modality, some even brazenly claimed on the sites of the "antagonistic left". Six years of investigations – the investigation conducted by Enrico Cieri and Antonella Scandellari, two of the prosecutors leading the prosecution against Gilberto Cavallini, it was closed last year – literally thrown in the bin, if not worse, given that the Gup Antonio Ziroldi did not even consider sending the suspects to trial. Precisely: as if nothing had happened. Or, as if nothing had actually been verified, in the 10 folders that comprised the investigators' work. A mountain of useless paper, evidently.
But it's certainly not the first time, in the shadow of the Two Towers, when investigating the Left and for recent events e, Therefore, alarming, you don't find the same zeal that, Instead, seems to characterize the commitment made to cases of judicial "modernism" or even "antiques".. Well, that triple, attempted murder – the girl who was fortunately saved was pregnant -, that attempted massacre went unpunished, it was never talked about again, once the media spotlight has turned off. And the same happened with the sensational attack on a Carabinieri barracks located on the outskirts of the city: case in which not even the images taken by a camera and some wiretaps that led to the arrest of a Spaniard linked to left-wing extremist groups led to an acceptable judicial outcome. Even for this last episode, all acquitted, no process e, consequentially, no culprit. The sensation, then – faced with the frequent repetition of such inconclusive investigative situations -, is that, in Bologna,or we don't know how to investigate the Left - fault or inability of the Digos, fault or inability of the deputy prosecutors? – or the investigating magistrates – “gip” and “gup” – apply “loose-mindedness” when it comes to deciding whether or not to send the “comrades” to trial. In doubt about the responsibilities of this incredible situation, the only certainty is that the crimes of the Bolognese extra-parliamentary Left - because we are talking about real crimes - always remain shrouded in shadow. And it's not even the problem of the last ten years, if it is true that, despite knowing and having seen Marco Biagi's murderers convicted - identified and captured thanks to the commitment and sacrifice of policemen from other cities - and despite knowing that the Red Brigades could only act by making use of local "basists" and abettors, no "Bolognese" was convicted for having had any role in that murder. For the "antagonistic" Left, the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bologna are "ports of fog", the factual data unequivocally testifies to this, e, At that time, perhaps an inspection activity would be necessary to clear up this disturbing haze at least a little.
