The Lombardy Regional Council has approved the law to reform cemetery and funeral services. E’ An amendment from the Democratic Party was also unanimously approved, which partially modifies the provisions regarding the burial of unborn children, called in the amendment "products of conception", following interruption (voluntary and otherwise) of pregnancy. The amendment introduces that this must happen "exclusively at the explicit request of the woman or whoever is entitled to the decision", for example in the case of minors or people incapable of understanding and wanting.
