A letter of Mussolini, on the anniversary of the birth

We get this READER'S LETTER which we are kindly asked to publish, which we welcome, although some parts are not shared, especially those laudatory ones by Craxi and on a vision of Fascism from a perspective, in our opinion, a bit’ too unbalanced to the left. Anyway, the text is interesting, original and well written. Certainly, the still open debate on Fascism is reserved for serious historians, like De Felice and Parlato, while today it is used in a specious and false way among politicians in the service of Soros and Rockefeller…
Of Giacomo Emilia

Il 29 July 1883 was born in Dovia di Predappio, under the patron star of Amilcare Cipriani and A. Orians, Benito Mussolini.

Revolutionary, Socialist, but above all Italian, will be the greatest protagonist, according to the judgment that its sole successor will give, the great statesman of the PSI Bettino Craxi, of an authentic social Renaissance that was able to impose Rome at the center of the world.

Captured in April 1945 during the attempt to create the Republican Alpine Redoubt, he was executed in the night between 27 and the 28 April during a scuffle as he was in fact trying to defend Claretta Petacci, victim of partisan violence (cfr. http://www.secoloditalia.it/2018/01/lo-storico-parlato-su-claretta-troppi-misteri-ecco-la-versione-piu-plausibile/).

Before death, despite German sabotage, However, it succeeded with the Legislative Decree 12 February 1944 n. 375 (https://it.wikisource.org/wiki/D.Lgs._12_febbraio_1944,_n._375_-_Socializzazione_delle_imprese) to definitively decline the fascist message as a social and "Socialist" synthesis of the ideology of the Third Italy. Plato's Republic: a philosophy against the modern world

Of Luca Leonello Rimbotti
Plato's Republic: a philosophy against the modern world
Source: Italicum
Literary utopia, or a true manual for building politicians? Criticism of Plato's most scathing and incisive work has often moved between these two poles, considering this capital text from time to time as a rhetorical exercise, or an ontological proof, or instead, something that is to be shared, a true manifesto of universal politics, capable of constituting at any time a code of exemplary social stability. Other times however, as in the case of the liberal Popper, Plato and his “Republic” played the part of public enemy number one, the ideology that, proposing a well-organized society in itself, firm and solid and therefore closed to external dangers and evils, more than others, it endangers the beatitudes of the "open society".
The catalog of positions that the Platonic "Republic" presents is one that is difficult to digest for those with an egalitarian stomach, pacifist and progressive. It is impossible not to see that ancient classicism and postmodern degeneration are in antithetical positions. For bourgeois and moderate eyes, cosmopolitans and "do-gooders", Plato's thought represents the greatest scandal: it outlines the community to the highest degree, and therefore dismisses individualism a priori, which instead is the great refuge of liberal impotence. These are some of the most qualifying points of Platonic politics, which constitute – as rightly so, from his point of view, Popper noted – how much more unassimilable to the mentality of post-modern "democrats".: the rigid and severe paideia, the education and selection to which Plato entrusted in the "Republic" the growth of the ruling classes of the ideal city; the suppression of individualism in the face of the prevalence of community interests; community, really, of women and property; the abolition of private property; the dominance of the "organic" State over the individual, whose rights are unknown, but only duties; the type of government, hierarchical, aristocratic and elitist, in which philosophers participate and not at all the mass of the people. All this scandalises the hypocritical and fraudulent nature of modern "democrats"., who pass off their upper-bourgeois oligarchies as governments "of the people" and exchange their financial dictatorships for services rendered to the majority. Italians don't exist? “They fear a sovereignist wave. I say: Italy first"

“Because they attack true Catholics, i.e. the traditionalists, as Saint Pius X said? Why We Have Faith, Hope, Charity and let's fight with a smile, we divide the world into friends and enemies of Christ and we have chosen the banner of the Sacred Heart. We love the Truth, we do not fear it and we do not hide it. If anything we shout it. It does not conform to the trend of the world? We shrug, we are identitarian, because for us there is always a sacred I don't care!” (M. Chestnut, 1/05/2018)

“Italians do not exist and we are more different between east and west than between north and south”. It is the title of an article on the front page of the online website Corriere della Sera. An anthropological investigation that aims to demonstrate how Italians in practice do not exist as a nation. A study that made the philosopher very suspicious Paolo Becchi who speaks to The Special. According to Davide Pettener, anthropologist of the Department of Biological Sciences, Geological and Environmental Sciences of the University of Bologna, who created a bank of DNA samples to trace the genetic history of Italians, the Italian people would not exist. According to the anthropologist it would actually be "just a geographical aggregation. We have different genetic identities, linked to different stories and origins and not just those". In short, what sovereignty, we are children of migrations and crossbreeding of various peoples and we do not have a typically Italian DNA.
Becchi, therefore Italians do not exist? We returned to Metternich and his idea of "Italy as a mere geographical expression"? Read More

L'ideologia dell'Identico

Of Alain de Benoist
The ideology of the Identical
Source: The Rebel newspaper
What should we rebel against nowadays?? Faced with the rise of single thought, faced with the swelling of an extraordinary wave of what we do not hesitate to call planetary conformism, in the face of the various pathologies that afflict our societies, in the face of the various threats that weigh on them and that darken their future, you are spoiled for choice. However, it seems to me that most of these phenomena that we try to oppose have a common cause. That is, it seems to me that these phenomena reveal themselves as consequences of a very specific ideology, secular and multifaceted, which I propose to call “the ideology of the Identical”. The ideology of the Identical is an ideology that develops starting from what is common in all men. More precisely, it develops by taking into account only what men have in common and interpreting it as the Identical, and that means, in other words, that such an ideology can only aspire to leveling out. The Ideology of the Identical often refers to equality, but to a purely abstract equality: in the absence of a precise criterion that allows it to be concretely determined, equality is nothing else, Indeed, than a different name of the Identical. The ideology of the Identical therefore considers universal equality between men as an equality in itself, disconnected from any element of concreteness that would allow it to be ascertained. It is an ideology allergic to everything that specifies and characterizes singularity, which interprets every distinction as potentially derogatory, which considers contingent differences, transitory, inessential or secondary. Its driving force is the idea of Unico, which is what the Other cannot tolerate, and intends to reduce everything to unity: One God, unique civilization, unique thought. […] Read More
