L'antifascismo dei cretini

FIFTH COLUMN
Of Marcello Veneziani
We have always had patience with idiots who are not evil and with evil but intelligent ones. However, we can't have it with bad idiots, maybe originally just idiots who then turned bad or just bad people then turned stupid. But they grew out of all proportion and got worse. I'm talking about the new anti-fascism, autumn-winter collection, that feeds on fascistometers to measure the degree of fascism that is in each of us and instructions for (non) become fascists, of fake Anpi that wave anti-fascism also the 4 November, no longer made up of partisans but of militants of perennial hatred; and then of mobilizations, demonstrations and mischief, conveyed by newspapers, newscasts, talk shows and many institutional stickers. Like that Cool guy who alternates declarations of anti-fascism with surreal declarations of love regarding the rapes and massacres of drug-migrants. For him, violence is fought with love, as the most unlucky flower children said half a century ago. He's getting there now, fifty years later and about something as terrible as the fatal rape of a little girl.
We tolerated the old anti-fascism fogey, trombone, a bit of manner. We were even able to tolerate a resulting anti-fascism, violent, intolerant, extremist. As long as it concerns the agitated lunatics of the social centers, of some feminist in ideological heat or with fasciophobic hotties, or of scattered idiots of grillism and old leftism, we got over it. GLOBALISTS WANT THE ERASURE OF CHRISTIANITY
Reporting of Luca Sbroffoni
Of Francesco Curridori
The Tg1 journalist Marina Nalesso, after two years, she is once again at the center of criticism from lay people who on social media criticize her for hosting the afternoon edition of the news while wearing a crucifix
Here we go again. The Tg1 journalist Marina Nalesso, after two years, returns once again to the center of criticism from lay people and gods “laymen” who on social media accuse her of hosting the afternoon edition of the news while wearing a crucifix.
Now his opponents are back in the fray. “The ostentation of the occupation of #Rai by a political faction. An affront to the #secularism of the #State. A serious lack of respect towards #citizens. Whether these are authentic Catholics or careerists? #tg1 #Rai1 #Rai #ServizioPublico #MarinaNalesso”, writes a user on Twitter. Read More

Benetton Maletton

FIFTH COLUMN
Of Marcello Veneziani
The Benettons not only produced sweaters and managed highways but were the first local factory of global ideology. They were not only sponsors but also precursors of the ideological alphabet, symbolic and sentimental of the left. They were the bridge, it's worth saying, between the multinational interests of global capitalism and the Americanization of the planet, with their profits and their marketing and anti-racism messages, against sexism, in favor of society without borders, lgbt, transgressive and progressive. Their campaigns, entrusted to Oliviero Toscani, they tried to unite the shock side, which often bordered on bad taste and a punch in the stomach, with the progressive humanitarian message: multiracial society, without borders, without distinctions of sex, of religions, of ethnic groups and peoples, with special attention to minors. Remove barriers everywhere, except at toll booths, where it comes to taking tolls. Benetton recently also carried out humanitarian campaigns on immigrant boats and launched a video "against all resurgent racism". The connection between sermons on the skin of the desperate and selling sweaters or charging cars tolls is mysterious. Read More

The fall of the radical chic

Of Antonio Terrenzio
The fall of the radical chic
Source: Conflicts and strategies
The left also loses its last fiefdom. In Tuscany 10 municipalities move to the centre-right and there is now chaos within the ranks of the Democratic Party.
The left is at the end of the line and is on its way to definitive extinction.
The violent controversies that have been raised by Roberto Saviano in recent days, the anti-mafia guru who came to the defense of NGOs, they did not serve to undermine the prestige and progress of the League.
Offensive and hysterical attacks have characterized almost all elements of the progressive main stream.
From Mentana, who commented on the census in the Roma camps, alarmed about the danger of a vague return to "Nazi roundups", to the insane proposal of Orfini of the PD, to register the fascists.
The usual obsessive mantra, from a psychiatric case, characterized the entire national press with accusations leveled at the MoI of "inhumanity", "xenophobia", "fascism", for the policies to curb migrant trafficking and the closure of ports desired and implemented by Matteo Salvini. Read More

Radical-chic and ignorant-pop

Of Marcello Veneziani

Tom Wolfe died in America last Monday and I would like to say something about radical chic, of which he was the discoverer and brilliant slayer. I too have criticized them since I met them, As a boy I read Wolfe's book against them which Alfredo Cattabiani had published in '73 by Rusconi. On the contrary, before the radical-chic I met their ancestor, lo snob of which Panfilo Gentile spoke ill, noting that snob stands for without nobility, fake nobleman who poses as one. As well as opinionated, i radical chic they snob they become detestable when they become intolerant towards those who do not belong to them race.
But I don't like their backhand at all either, crude pop ignorance. That of those who hate all reading and despise everything that smells of art, thought and culture, that of those who make contemptuous and demented judgments online without understanding, without knowing; that of those who hate the world and belch and fart against the universe and all greatness in the name of freedom and rights. That of those who suffer fromegalitarian envy, he wants to make those who are better off than them suffer and have them confiscate what they have deserved and achieved. In short, those who assert their encyclopedic ignorance as a right and a virtue. Sometimes they are even right-wing people, although usually the homunculus-type is below the right and left. I can't say which is worse, radical-chic or rude-pop. Or better, I would know: the worst are those who make their arrogance or ignorance fall on others. Read More
