Because they don't count on the spread right

by Paolo Becchi and Giovanni Zibordi on Libero, 04/12/2018

Because unlike the spread crisis of 2011 with Berlusconi and Monti, the spread today is a bluff? This is what we will now try to explain. The spread is a difference between Italy and Germany in the yield of government bonds, but the anomaly is more on the German side than on ours. Let's put it in simple terms: if in Germany the rates are at 3% and in Italy al 6% or if they are in Germany 0% and in Italy al 3% the “spread” is always 3%, i.e. “300 points”, but it's the same thing? Obviously not.

Spread, Monti confesses: "Soros mi chiamò nel 2011 suggesting the Troika to me"

Image results for MountainsOf Adolfo Spezzaferro
Reality always surpasses fantasy. Mario Monti, the super technical enemy of the Italian people who has devastated our economy already tested by the global crisis, just when he was prime minister he was in contact with George Soros, the international speculator behind NGOs and the immigration business.
The spread was sky high, the markets and international finance had forced Berlusconi to resign, Monti had taken over to harass the Italians and Soros called him. Monti himself confesses it, a Half past eight at Lilli Gruber su La7. “Soros called me suggesting that I ask Europe for help – he revealed -, but we wanted to avoid letting the Troika in and we did not follow that advice. But Soros was very worried about the Italian situation".
Everyone will remember, however, that with the continuing threat of the Troika, Monti launched that austerity whose effects we are still experiencing. Read More

German financial terrorism against Italian sovereignty

Of Luigi Tedeschi
German financial terrorism against Italian sovereignty
Source: Italicum
Germany dominates Europe through financial terrorism, a weapon of mass destruction for states, which entails the abrogation of democracy.
It was all already planned, however, it was an easy prophecy.
Mattarella's veto is perfectly consistent with a practice inaugurated by Napolitano and now consolidated, that of the president's governments. That this practice is in open conflict with the constitution, that governments elected by the people are removed and other "technical" governments appointed by Germany and European diktats are put before national sovereignty is now clear to everyone. A de facto presidentialism imposed by Europe has emerged. But above all, appointing Cottarelli in Conte's place, Mattarella has made a political choice that clearly violates the Italian constitution.
That of the technicians is in fact an eminently political choice that deposes popular sovereignty. That's how he expressed himself Marco Della Luna in the book“Traitors in the government” (Arianna Publishing 2013), in relation to the appointment of the Monti government by Napolitano: “… In the case of the Italian situation, and in general of a complex system like every country is complex, the problems are many (not just cheap, but also sociological, hydrogeological, legislative), they are unclear but controversial in their identification and causes; there is no precise and shared technique (Why, even within technical economic science there are totally divergent schools both in the analysis of the causes and in the recipes, indeed the crux of the choices is between opposing economic models); it's not just about solving problems, but to choose which objectives to pursue, what priorities to set, which social classes to tax, which to deprive of assistance, which development model (or modestly survival) adopt, and perhaps even more whether to defend a certain national independence or not, whether to accept or reject a Euro-financial architecture under German hegemony, how to challenge and change the current structure of the Eurosystem. All these choices are choices purely political, non-technical; e, based on the Italian Constitution and the general principles of representative democracy, just a political government, with a popular mandate, can be legitimately placed to carry out them. Not a technician or a government of technicians. And in fact the Monti government has done so, with the explicit and repeated endorsement of Napolitano, a series of heavily political choices, ideological, classiste, and very little "techniques". The thesis of the government of the technicians is a lie to cover up a clear and fundamental unconstitutionality, cannot be remedied retrospectively by a parliamentary vote, especially since the parliamentarians and the parties were not free and serene, but they were held under various threats, internal and external, from the spread to early termination before the pension accrues". Point of no return

Of Marcello Veneziani

Penelope's web. It is woven during the day, it unravels in the evening. Or if you prefer, another state abortion is announced. After three months, Cottarelli's undertaking appears difficult, who also seemed to have left with all the right blessings, except for one negligible detail, the sovereign people. That annoying little charm there, called Italy. And yet he is still at sea, and you run with the headlights off in the night along a Roman road full of potholes and ambushes. The Weaver, Mattarella, he lost the clue, he made glaring mistakes, perhaps ill-advised, he managed to blow the pan first, then the embers and now he risks being left with the match in hand while the spread grows with panic. He no longer knows which way to turn, the abyss advances, specters of elections are stirring in the sun.
Whatever happens we know that we have now achieved the point of no return. An unbridgeable abyss has been dug between the Single Bloc of Power and the whole of Italy. The Single Block includes he Pd, the Great Press, Big Finance, the Caste, the Palaces, starting from the Quirinale… Then there's everything else. Which is not just the Square, the Grillino and Northern League people, the militants, but also the many refractory ones, the independents, the bilateral disgusted, the many who live, they think, they work outside the Single Block.
A was being born for the first time absolute minority government, enactment of the Single Block, in spite of the vote and Italy. Other times the technical governments of the Palace had at least one fig leaf in Parliament. This time there isn't even that, even the Democratic Party, which was the sole shareholder of reference, understood that it was better to withdraw, also because Cottarelli only announces cuts, tears and blood. At the beginning Mattarella had also discarded the hypothesis of a centre-right government that had a relative majority in parliament. And instead he then launched an oligarchic government, the PD-Potentates coalition. Read More

“If people knew what the spread was, violence would break out in the streets"

Of Robert Dejan
A Great Nando Ioppolo “What is it spread... I think that if people knew, war would break out in the streets from today to tomorrow “ SPREAD, THE DEATH TRAP In a recent interview Professor Nando Ioppolo (lawyer and economist, recently passed away), claims that SPREAD is something if people knew what it was, violence would most likely break out in the streets because a shameful media campaign based on lies was launched on SPREAD.

Ioppolo explains that the game starts from the ECB ( European Central Bank) which lends to private banks 0,75% all the euros they ask for for whatever reason they ask for them. Then the bank (UNICREDIT in the Professor's example), with this 0,75 he buys us the BTPs which technically should be allo 0,76. Why then al 5 %? Because this way the Bank can speculate on it. BEHIND THE SCENES/ Between spreads and bank crashes: that phone call from Draghi to Colle…

Mario Draghi (Lapresse)Sergio Mattarella explained directly to Italians why he said no to Paolo Savona for the position of Minister of Economy, evoking the protection of savings.

One cannot doubt the personal and institutional good faith of a President of the Republic like Sergio Mattarella: if he said on live TV that the birth of the Lega-M5S government with Paolo Savona in the Economy would put Italians' savings at risk, we must believe him and respect his choices. This is how a democracy works: Impeachment is fine for a president who betrays his country, not for one who assumes his ultimate responsibilities. And then the final opinion, at the Quirinale, it almost certainly came from the president of the ECB, Mario Draghi: chi, still today, he could have ignored it?

In the constitutional prerogatives of the Head of State there is the ultimate evaluation of what is good for the country: jurists confirm it and long experience says it. The fact remains that for the second time in seven years the Quirinale had to exercise this legitimate authority, but unequivocally exceptional: in both cases under the pressure of the worsening sovereign spread.

The resurgence of the emergency is the first and most important difference between Giorgio Napolitano's decisive intervention in 2011 on the Berlusconi and Mattarella governments last night against the Lega-M5s alliance: because in 2018 Italy is still at risk spread? In between there was the technocratic reformism of Mario Monti and then the five-year government of the Democratic Party: why the debt/GDP ratio remained critical, the former hasn't even been affected and the latter hasn't really been relaunched like elsewhere in Europe?

Government, The markets like Carlo Cottarelli. Spread in calo a quota 190, bene l'euro, which then oscillate

Image results for Carlo Cottarelli
The objective data is that in Italy, if Merkel doesn't like you, the EU and the IMF cannot be governed. Even if you have a parliamentary majority, a shared program, an appointed prime minister, the team of ministers. The fact, which emerged yesterday in its total drama, what should not be surprising but rather indignant is that those who would like to change the political situation are stopped by the strong powers. (n.d.r.)
Skipped the Lega-M5s government, Italy remains under special observation. The differential between Ten-year BTPs e Bund tedeschi, although controlled by the quantitative easing of the Bce, it immediately began to expand beyond the 200 basis points after opening at odds 190,3 points against i 204 of the closing on Friday. The harsh institutional conflict weighs heavily, with the contractors who evoke theimpeachment for the head of state who he called to Colle Carlo Cottarelli with the intention of entrusting him with the task of forming a technical executive. Il yield on the ten-year bond Italian, who had come down to the 2,34%, he returned to the 2,43%. Read More
