Mattis said he is receiving reports of Assad's use of chlorine gas, while at the same time claiming that there is no evidence of the use of gas, even less by the Syrian army.
The Secretary of Defense actually accused Syria of “targeting hospitals” with chlorine gas, although he admits there is no evidence. Mattis went on to accuse Russia of complicity in the killing of civilians, a feat at which the US excels. Read More
