Most of the rich symbols of the Passion of Our Lord have their roots in the Middle Ages, but there is one that comes from the American Continent. It is the exuberant and beautiful Passion Flower. The early Spanish and Portuguese missionaries saw this flower as a gift from God and used it to help explain Passion of Christ to the natives.

Multicultural society is against the common good

Report BastaBugie editorial team

Immigration subverts nations (and the Social Doctrine of the Church)
Of Stefano Fontana

(AUTOMATIC READING)

We have long observed a clear support from the ecclesiastical hierarchy and from a large part of the Catholic world (conciliate, n.d.r.) to the idea of encouraging a reception of immigrants that is almost free of filters and rather broad and generalized. It should be noted, however, that this new attitude differs from what is traditionally proposed by the Social Doctrine of the Church, that is, a government of migration guided by the criterion of the common good. Consequence, Indeed, of this new attitude seems to be the replacement of the common good with the multi-religious society, seen as the goal of society. A welcome without filters and without the governance of the common good means that the resulting multi-religious society is good in itself., to the point that even Catholics should work for it rather than for the common good or for it as it coincides with the common good.
The question owes its interest to the fact that a new approach of this kind would entail a substantial revision of the Social Doctrine of the Church, its structure and foundations. I don't process intentions, and therefore I cannot say whether the purpose of this “opening” to the immigration phenomenon is precisely to change the Social Doctrine of the Church in some fundamental points, However, I cannot avoid an objective verification of this important question. Il manifesto prolife che ha messo a nudo l'ideologia radicale del PD

Reporting of BastaBugie editorial team
Just as it happened in the communist regimes, certain truths (today for example. a photo of an embryo) they throw the current system into panic… collapse is also approaching for it?
Of Rodolfo Casadei

(AUTOMATIC READING)
«In communism as in liberal democracy we encounter the same peculiarity: what is incidental is treated as a systemic problem, which means that everything that happens is systemic and nothing is incidental to the system. Therefore it becomes natural for true liberal democrats – as it was for true communists – victimize their colleagues because of an occasional comment, or a lack of vigilance, or for an inappropriate joke, making life difficult for undisciplined people with constant warnings and creating new rules and stricter laws. By doing this, the self-proclaimed guardians of purity see themselves as those who carry on their shoulders the future of liberal democracy around the world. If it weren't for their effort and dedication, this great political undertaking, they think, would experience setbacks, and this must never be said. As in any system built on violence and lies, in communism this belief a little’ paradoxical in the contemporaneity of invincibility and vulnerability could be easily explained. It was felt that even just a few true thoughts and ideas, once publicly recognized as such, they would have exposed the falsity of the entire system and finally made it fall. Even the system's most deluded supporters knew that the truth was its most powerful enemy. And it was the truth in an almost literal sense that brought him down. In a liberal democracy this way of seeing things seems absurd, because the system is stable and the principle of freedom of speech is written into the Constitution. But those who hunt down political incorrectness and work to strengthen political correctness believe or perhaps unconsciously think that the stability of the system is not as strong as is naively believed, that free speech is not as problem-free as some bad actors believe it to be.". Ezra Pound and Theosophy

This article has been brought to our attention, which as Catholics we can only agree with. Obviously it is not our intent to say that Ezra Pound did not write good poems or other good things about politics. Certainly, as with many other writers, that we could define “in the area” some discernment must be used. In the present case, pay attention to the background indicated, which is not compatible with the Faith. (n.d.r.)

Reporting of Federici Studies Center

Ezra Pound and Theosophy, by Don Francesco Ricossa (from the magazine “Sodalitium”, n. 67, December 2015)
Just one look is enough. The noble figure of the poet Ezra Pound commands respect from those who look at his features. His chains deserve even more respect. The poet who sang the beauty of Italy in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, and who condemned usury, the man who remained faithful despite knowing he was facing human defeat, can only arouse instinctive admiration. Precisely for this reason I thought it was my duty to warn Catholics faithful to tradition, so that respect for man does not turn into adherence to the thoughts of Ezra Pound. The Catholic militant must be Catholic: nor liberal, huh, socialist. And if some - in economic matters - are tempted by the principles of liberalism, others do not avoid the mistakes of socialism, even when they delude themselves into thinking they are following a "third way" which is not the case, but, that indicated by the magisterium of the Church (which is not third, but well before the other two). Among them, there are many who refer to themselves explicitly or implicitly, directly or indirectly, to the thought, or the name of Ezra Pound. That's not my intention, here, examine this thought. I will limit myself exclusively to informing our readers about the environments in which this thought found its cultural origins, so that from the source we can better evaluate the watercourse from which we should - according to some - drink. For this purpose, Luca Gallese's volume will guide me, The Origins of Fascism by Ezra Pound (Ares Editions, Milano, 2005), which can be supplemented by Ezra Pound's The God. Catholicism & mystery religions (Ares Editions, Milano, 2011), by Andrea Colombo. The Ares publishing house is, as they say, “close to Opus Dei”, and has a “Poundian” necklace. And the authors are both admirers of Ezra Pound, so much so that Gallese's volume is honored with a preface by Giano Accame, and that of Columbus with an introduction by Mary de Rachewiltz, the poet's daughter. What emerges from the two volumes cited, particularly from Gallese's, it therefore does not come from sources hostile to Catholicism, nor from sources hostile to Pound. Nevertheless, the cultural debt that Pound has towards the Theosophical movement of Colonel Olcott and Madame Blavatski is evident, and therefore with the Masonic and occult world. Hence the title of our article.

Transplants with the HIV virus – The veto falls

TRANSPLANTS SPECIALIZED WITH THE HIV VIRUS

THE VETO FALLS

BY DECREE OF MINISTER LORENZIN

Il 2 August 2002 former minister Sirchia decreed “For the clear transmissibility of the HIV virus through an organ transplant, In any case, transplants from an HIV-positive donor are prohibited.". By Decree of 1 February 2018 Minister Lorenzin, in illegal times (fall of the government) he replaced Sirchia's diktat with his own: “E’ Organ donation from HIV-positive donors is permitted…in favor of HIV positive recipients…”

This was announced by the director of the National Transplant Center and the publication in the Official Gazette no. 56. Nanni Costa explained the importance of this protocol which in his opinion "removes a factor of discrimination from the HIV donor". His goodness! A perfect alibi in the do-good society. You want to create an inferiority complex for a poor HIV positive donor who wants to save lives? You deny him the privilege of being quartered for good? Never be, Better, it is much better to aggravate the situation of the recipient who, in addition to his HIV, takes on the donor's HIV. So we are sure that two of them will die. But giving infected organs to certain sick people is not, this one yes, real discrimination? Attention, one thing leads to another. The next step will be HIV for all. The proof? The first kidney transplant from a dialysis donor was also performed the day before yesterday.

They no longer know what to do to increase the number of transplants and make surgeons move their hands. Read More

Council meetings in Brazil: gone crazy!

Reporting of www.unavox.it
Of Francesca de Villasmundo

Published on the site Medias Presse Info

After bishops consecrating during a Paul VI Mass and after the homophilous declarations by the Brazilian Jesuit Luis Corrêa Lima, here is another desecration carried out in the country of syncretism par excellence!
In the parish of San Gerardo Magela of the archdiocese of Sorocoba, in the State of Sao Paulo, [on the eve of Easter] the monstrance containing the Blessed Sacrament arrived on the "table" carried by a "drone", moved by a boy with the help of a girl, amidst the cheers and applause of the delirious crowd of faithful.
The parish priest who allows such sacrilege, believes in the Real Presence? He consecrated the species of bread and wine?
It is more than conceivable that one would have serious doubts about the validity of such Novus Ordo ceremonies, disheartening spectacles of a conciliar world gone mad!
The Council wanted to open the Catholic Church to the world, adapt the faith to "separated brothers", speak contemporary language... the result is a not at all silent apostasy, but noisy and vulgar, sacrilege from blasphemy.

Forty-year-olds today: a generation of precarious workers

Of Massimo Caruso
Forty-year-olds today: a generation of precarious workers
Source: The Lighthouse on the World
Life begins at forty. Those of my generation often heard this as children, perhaps from the forty-year-olds of the time who, already at that age, they smelled of retirement. The same pension as my generation, a generation of precarious workers for life, he will see very late or perhaps he will never see.
We don't want to rant, but data in hand, the age group come on 35 ai 49 years has in fact found itself entangled in a dramatic situation from which it will be difficult to escape without facing the consequences and related expenses. The deep wounds caused by this terrible social butchery already have a cost and the bill that will arrive in the years to come will be even saltier.
The costs that are already faced are economic, social and health. The costs that will be faced will be predominantly political, because the same policy that created this huge trap and has still not managed to defuse it, will have to make sure to put together the pieces of a generation shattered already from its first foray into the world of work. Precisely, a generation of precarious workers.
The numbers are merciless: in Italy, since December 2016 in December 2017, employed people aged between 35 e 49 years have waned 2,1%, for a total of approximately 204 thousand people. The worst result among the various age groups, if you consider that, in the same period, the band between 25 e 34 years, recorded losses for the 0,7%. Read More

Fiction and geopolitics, how storytelling tells reality

Fiction and geopolitics, how storytelling tells reality
Source: Formiche.net

Television writer, writer, mass media expert and political communication expert, in a conversation with Formiche.net he delves into a topic dear to him, lo storytelling politico, starting from American fiction

“Series are a form of geopolitics, they manage to make the real understood more than the real” and if to say it and Carlo Freccero you can't help but believe him. Television writer, writer, mass media expert and political communication expert, in a conversation with Formiche.net explores a topic dear to him, lo storytelling politico, starting from American fiction, capable, explains Freccero, to be ahead of the curve more than any other form of communication, also the election of Donald Trump to the White House. While in Italy…
He said fiction is truer than truth, what does it mean?
It's very simple, fiction must be understood as critical storytelling of reality. Because of this, in some way it is capable of anticipating this reality, because he knows how to grasp the spirit of the time. If I think and read Hause of Cards, which was the perfect portrait of Clintonism in its declinations, it was inevitable that Trump would then arrive. And not only that. Another sensational example of how the series have rewritten power is 24, which had already anticipated September 11th, what is called the state of exception, and I could continue. But there is a very important fact, that is, US politics can be understood through the critical vision of American seriality, what an eye opener, it does a ferocious debunking of reality that mainstream newspapers are not capable of doing. Attacks on Syria: America's failed lies about weapons of mass destruction and the "Israeli approach"

Of Tony Cartalucci
Attacks on Syria: America's failed lies about weapons of mass destruction and the "Israeli approach"
Source: Comedonchisciotte
The United States failed to gain public support for a strike in Syria in response to an alleged chemical weapons attack in Douma, northeast of Damascus. It therefore appears that they immediately circumvented the UN and international law, instructing their delegates in Tel Aviv to carry out the initial strikes against the Syrian T-4 air base on their behalf.
CBS, in his article “US denies missile attack in Syria, Russia says Israel did it“, he states:
Missiles hit an air base in central Syria on Monday morning. However, the Pentagon immediately denied the claims made by the Syrian media, that the attacks were “American aggression”. After a war monitoring group said Iranian-backed militants were killed in the attacks, Russia blamed Israeli jets.
An Israeli attack is still an American attack
Regardless of who actually conducted the attack, this was ordered by the United States. Read More

The Israeli earthenware vessel among the Western and Eurasian iron vessels

The Israeli earthenware vessel among the Western and Eurasian iron vessels
Source: Aurora site
The recent series of events leads Israel to retreat; the almeno, to a profound existential reflection, on the seventieth anniversary of the foundation. The depth of this rather anxious introspection became explicit in the discussion hosted by Yediot Ahronoth, the most important Israeli newspaper, among six ex-chiefs of the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service. The most direct eruption into this gloomy mood was the declaration to Knesset(parliament) according to which the population between Jordan and the sea was exactly balanced, 6,5 million on each side, between Israelis and Palestinians. Right, demographic equality would have occurred at some point, everyone knew it. It is therefore not a surprise; but it's a slap in the face of reality, nevertheless. These figures were published by the IDF and are therefore difficult to dispute. This moment of reality thus reduces the ability of certain Israelis to persist in the wishful thinking that the Palestinians are much less. This hugely symbolic twist is here, it has arrived. The question of what kind of state Israel will be is no longer theoretical. One of the six former directors of the Mossad, Pardo, answered the question what is it, according to her, the worst threat to Israeli national security?: “The worst threat, it is the fact that between the sea and the Jordan River there are almost identical numbers of Jews and non-Jews. The central problem from 1967 to date it is Israel, for the entire political leadership, it hasn't decided what country to be. We are the only country in the world that has not defined its borders. All governments have avoided it... If the State of Israel does not decide what it wants, in the end there will be a single state between the sea and the Jordan. This is the end of the Zionist vision“. Read More

Syria, another war "until proven otherwise"

WHAT THE EXTREME LEFT SAY ABOUT THE WAR IN SYRIA
Of Alberto Negri
Syria, another war "until proven otherwise"
Source: The Manifesto
Synthesis- “This was and is essentially the Syrian conflict: an attack on Tehran's major ally, to the only Arab country that sided with the ayatollahs in Saddam Hussein's war to Imam Khomeini in 1980. Whether it now also becomes a war against Russia depends on US intervention: it ranges from a limited option, like a year ago with the launch of missiles, to a broader one that risks putting Washington in conflict with Moscow.
Assad nel 2011 Everyone wanted to get rid of him: Turkey, the monarchies of the Gulf, the Americans and Israel, the state that benefits most from the disintegration of the Arab nations. A tragic game that never changes and which is now strengthened by the arrival of John Bolton as Security Advisor, who some time ago declared "that the best deal to make with Iran is to bomb it".
It raises the air of war on a war that never ends. We will see what the US will do now as it declares it wants to protect the Syrians from the regime's alleged chemical weapons. The US reaction appears probable at this time. Italy, if they don't use NATO bases, it would be out of play, and fortunately: the last time it joined the Allied raids was to bomb Gaddafi in Libya with the disastrous results we know. Italy is firmly anchored at the losers' table of the Second World War (like Germany without having the economic weight) and he has no say in the matter, not even at his house. It is good to remember this when we are trying to establish the usual government with limited sovereignty. Other than "sovereignism". Read More

The disappearance of the left

Of Marcello Veneziani
The disappearance of the left
Source: Marcello Veneziani
Upon closer inspection, Matteo Renzi was the last tram, the last trump card for the GMO left. Dopo di lui il disastro. Not even the scorching one, The crushing electoral defeat reveals the conditions in which the left is currently reduced. Incomparable shreds, wandering packs without direction and destination, total absence of leadership and credible programs for the country, survival of only a few oligarchies and then that's it. Today it alternately clings to anti-populism or the Grillini.
With Renzi, albeit due to a spectacular misunderstanding, the left touched the sky of 40% of approval with one finger. Short parable, then ended with a pigeon shoot by the most barbarians to bring down the "little tyrant", which however had brought them to the top of consensus, leading the country almost alone. Renzi missed "the appointment with history" when he didn't have the courage and stature to go through with his Party of the Nation, transverse, that left the old one behind, rancid, rancorous anti-fascist left to gain centrality in the country. He got scared, Renzi, of the hostilities gathered on the left, he tried to recover among his own; then crippled by the referendum, he tried in vain to relocate himself to the centre-left, pretending to be some kind of Prodi 2.0. And there it gradually lost pieces, managing to lose the sympathies gained in the center and on the right, without gaining the slightest sympathy on the left. But Renzi collapsed, the left is in dust, with no direction of travel, it only leverages resentment towards populists. Read More
