TRANSPLANTS SPECIALIZED WITH THE HIV VIRUS
THE VETO FALLS

Il 2 August 2002 former minister Sirchia decreed “For the clear transmissibility of the HIV virus through an organ transplant, In any case, transplants from an HIV-positive donor are prohibited.". By Decree of 1 February 2018 Minister Lorenzin, in illegal times (fall of the government) he replaced Sirchia's diktat with his own: “E’ Organ donation from HIV-positive donors is permitted…in favor of HIV positive recipients…”
This was announced by the director of the National Transplant Center and the publication in the Official Gazette no. 56. Nanni Costa explained the importance of this protocol which in his opinion "removes a factor of discrimination from the HIV donor". His goodness! A perfect alibi in the do-good society. You want to create an inferiority complex for a poor HIV positive donor who wants to save lives? You deny him the privilege of being quartered for good? Never be, Better, it is much better to aggravate the situation of the recipient who, in addition to his HIV, takes on the donor's HIV. So we are sure that two of them will die. But giving infected organs to certain sick people is not, this one yes, real discrimination? Attention, one thing leads to another. The next step will be HIV for all. The proof? The first kidney transplant from a dialysis donor was also performed the day before yesterday.
They no longer know what to do to increase the number of transplants and make surgeons move their hands.
The entire healthcare context is aimed at magnifying the benefits of transplantation and hiding even serious and deadly effects, considered events that must not occur and in any case must not be said. And this is to suck patients into the affairs of the transplant network.
In the latest transplant report of 2017 Nanni Costa boasts a net increase in declarations of "brain death" and in donations and consequent transplants: i 3921 the total interventions boasted are the result of the extension of the sources from which to prey on organs (from so-called 'brain dead'’ with a beating heart, from healthy living people, from donors with a still heart and a living brain). This year they will also include transplants from HIV-positive patients.
In other nations, for example, New Zealand, the need to protect the potential recipient is stronger, so the law excludes from donating even those people who have had activities considered high risk: predominantly drug addicts and homosexuals, while in Italy there is "you don't look a gift horse in the mouth" and they are willing to transplant anything on the strength of an ideology that in our opinion is evil which considers any organ valid if "better" than the one to be replaced.
This complaint does not arise from concern for the fate of recipients betrayed by doctors because they do not deserve mercy, but to unmask a deceitful and profiteering political-healthcare class that is growing on perverse foundations.
