Thousands of professors, mostly members of the communist trade union Pamet, they invaded the center of Athens. A real nemesis for Tsipras, who took power from the ranks of Hellenic communism Syriza and that now the most radical part of the Greek left is protesting against his government. And it is done by the same teachers who have represented one of the pillars of the left's electorate. And they hoped that the Greek prime minister would be close to protecting the public sector and would make a category that had lost its breath 2009 he doesn't see the shadow of turnover, permanent contracts and new hires. Schools across Greece are not properly maintained, I'm understaffed, and are unable to guarantee pre-crisis levels of education and work.

Tsipras' recipe, the third rescue plan for international creditors concluded, it managed to give Greece a minimum of growth. But the watchful eye of Troika it is relentless. And the pats on the back from European leaders were to no avail. Angela Merkel, visiting Athens in recent days, he wanted to recall the sacrifices of the Greek people and reiterated that Germany "contributed" to restoring oxygen to the Mediterranean country. And today, Jean-Claude Juncker also made a sensational my fault, stating that the austerity imposed on Greece and the insults towards the Hellenic people were counterproductive and senseless.
Late responses, at this point, compared to the catastrophe that has been built for years and to which everyone has contributed, by the Greek governments who opened the purse strings by putting the state in debt, to international creditors, who preferred to devastate what little remained of the Greek heritage to "save" Greek finances. A lethal mixture that led Greece into the abyss, even if they continue to repeat that she was saved from the catastrophe. And now, that electorate that had believed in Tsipras finds itself not only less rich, but also totally deluded by a leader who had promised to fight against austerity and who instead turned into its perfect executor.
The Greek electorate has deluded itself. And the entire European left has probably deluded itself with him, who believed he would find in Alexis Tsipras the man who would restore dignity to a world that seemed destined to succumb. Everyone will remember the clamor with which his electoral triumph in Greece was greeted, the rally in support of that referendum which later proved to be the tomb of every ideal of the fight againstausterity. As everyone will remember, the same European list of the Italian left in which the name of the Greek prime minister stood out, as a champion of a left-wing struggle against a certain European strategy.
Instead, from that dream, the European left not only has not awakened, but she turned it into a nightmare from which she probably still hasn't recovered. Tsipras, who came to power as a sort of populist before the letter, he turned out to be a perfect ally of the very establishment that he made people believe he wanted to oppose. The "rescue" plans imposed by the International Monetary Fund, European Central Bank and were slavishly executed by all international creditors.
The crisis was managed with economic policies totally similar to what was requested by Brussels and Frankfurt, and with social policies perfectly in line with European and pro-European progressivism. And in the meantime, Greece was increasingly moving towards selling its heritage and becoming a land of conquest for international powers, creating a real race to grab its bases and its infrastructures.
