This is why new churches are so ugly

Reporting of F.F.
Archistar & he asked. Dio, forgive them: they don't know what they are building
Of Angelo Crespi
We publish here an extract from Angelo Crespi's essay «Constructed by God» (Johan&Levi, pages. 138, euro 11). The book will be presented today in Milan at the Mondadori Megastore (Cathedral square 1, ore 18,30) and Wednesday at Cantiere Galli Design in Rome (via A.Pacinotti 63, ore 18,30).
And if you want to tell us your ugliest churches, send a photo tosegna@ilgiornale.it. They will all be published online (guard).
One might say: Dio, forgive them because they don't know what they do. On the contrary… they build. Because the new churches designed by the most appreciated star architects (and pay) the world seems to have lost the sense of the sacred and above all of the beautiful. Extravagant to a fault, some are sheds or cubes, or they have toilets near the altar; places where everything is celebrated, except worship. E, meanwhile, every self-respecting city wants its own "museum of the contemporary" as the bell tower once aspired to. Read More

Easter, ad Arcore "prete conciliare" makes kids dress like "refugees"

The priest of the parish of Sant'Eustorgio in Arcore had some of the boys from the missionary group dress like asylum seekers arriving from the sea, complete with a thermal blanket and signs hanging around their necks.
Photo from the Vimercate newspaper
Enrico Perego, former mayor and currently leader of the League in the city council, he entrusted his indignant reaction to a long post on Facebook. There he is.
Once again we witness one distortion of our religious tradition more significant like the Via Crucis, to make room for messages that cannot fail to have political references. In Arcore, in the Church of Sant Eustorgio, the Via Crucis saw a clear call to migrants, with a figurative representation of young people dressed as asylum seekers. The priest be a priest, heal souls and give help to everyone, regardless of color, from the religion of those who need it but should not exceed these areas, it should not convey the message that anyone can and should be welcomed , helped and inserted into our societies. If this principle passed , although humanly shareable, then everyone may think that it is enough to leave their land to solve their problems. And it is precisely here that the human question becomes political. We want to be invaded by all the poor people of Africa? The shepherd of souls does not think that managing these masses has a cost? And if all this has a cost, who should support it? What right does the priest have to ask the State to meet these commitments? What right does he have to ask all of us to bear these costs, he was elected by someone? The Catholic Church has continued to lose consensus for some time, believes that its universality, her availability towards the entire world of the oppressed can help her gain consensus and trust among the people. I believe that he is wrong because these acts, like that of the Pope washing the feet of Islamic prisoners, are seen as a sign of weakness from the non-Christian world , they are an act of submission. Perhaps people would like a less "universal" and more "patriotic" Church, closer to our traditions, closer to our people.” Read More

BERGOGLIADI: When swearing becomes a matter of quotes and private conversations…

Eugenio Scalfari on Repubblica, yesterday morning, signed an interview with “Papa” Francesco. The Holy See: “Just a private conversation”
an interview with Pope Francis. The conversation with Scalfari
“Beyond the grotesque reverses of the Vatican Press Office, which sound more like news given twice than a real and determined denial, Bergoglio's statement on the non-existence of hell and the disappearance of damned souls into thin air is not only a declaration of manifest apostasy because it is public (written in a newspaper, moreover by a journalist friend of his: the atheist Eugenio Scalfari of Repubblica) which contradicts millenary truths of Faith, but one blasphemy aggravated by the Easter period in which it was published. If hell didn't exist, the Novissimi would be questioned, the perfect Holocaust of Our Lord on the Cross and His glorious Resurrection would have happened for nothing. I have no memory of reading similar heresies, not even by others “non-popes”. If the Church were in order and a legitimate Sovereign Pontiff uttered similar sentences, would be immediately deposed. Instead, everything passes in battery because from the Council onwards, it seems normal for a member of the new Church, passed off as the Church of Christ, can say what he wants” (Matthew Castagna, National Head of the Christus Rex-Traditio Club)

‘Ignatian Yoga’ desecrates a NYC church

Yoga in St. Francis Xavier ChirchOf Tradition in Action
‘Ignatian Yoga’ is a group founded by Fr. Bobby Carl, S.J., to practice yoga and to promote spirituality and social justice. Fr. Karle affirms: “I started practicing yoga to deepen my relationship with Christ.” He also says that through yoga he found his Jesuit vocation.
The photos on this page were taken during a yoga session of the group that took place in St. Francis Xavier Church in New York City, NY, on February 2, 2018. The yoga instructor is Alan Haras from Hamsa Yoga Center in Lake Orion, Michigan.
Yoga is incompatible with Catholicism. The yoga poses are designed to imitate the Hindu deities (demons), therefore to be in “union” with them.
We do not need to stress that the initiative of desecrating a church by practicing yoga in it has the full approval of Card. Timothy Dolan.
It also counts on the close support of Fr. James Martin, S.J., who says this about “Ignatian Yoga”: “I think it’s wonderful, and the people that I know who have done it have loved it, their sessions and retreats are almost always sold out, and I would just say, try it.”
In the sixth row below, you see Fr. James Martin, center, embracing Alan Haras, at left in the photo, and Fr. Guys, at right. In the last row is the symbol adopted by Ignatian Yoga, the Jesuit symbol stylized as a Lotus flower.

Alarm about the SSPX Chapter next July

Image results for Fellay and VaticanWe receive and report
A new "coup" of the General House is being prepared?

Of Marcel's correction

Published on the French site Reconquista

3 March 2018
Recently, a forum reader French-speaking Catholic fidelity raised an unexpected question, wondering about the meaning of the statements made to the Bulletin of the German District of the Society of Saint Pius, General Secretary of the SSPX in Menzingen, and relating to the question of the personal Prelature (The Latin Door, 16 February)..
In view of the next General Chapter in July 2018, Don Thouvenot spoke about this delicate issue, in these terms:

«It is likely that the question of the personal Prelature will be raised on the occasion of the Chapter. But it is only the Superior General who directs the Fraternity and who has responsibility for the relations between Tradition and the Holy See; Mons. Lefebvre, In the 1988, wanted to clarify this aspect."

This surprising statement requires threefold fine-tuning:

– the Superior General is not the "only" one who directs the Fraternity, especially when it comes to relations with the Holy See;
– in its functions, there is no mandate to represent the whole of Tradition;
– in this matter, the example of Mons. Lefebvre in 1988 cannot be called upon to support the position of the current authorities of the Society.

– On the first point: Please remember that the General Chapter is the supreme instance of the Fraternity; it designates the Superior General and his two Assistants for 12 years (§ V, 1 of the Statutes).
This same Chapter is also entrusted with the essential mission of «verifying whether the Fraternity applies […] its Statutes and strives to preserve their spirit" (§ V, 2).
During his mandate, the elected Superior General enjoys the broadest powers to govern and administer the Fraternity with the help of his Assistants. Together they form the General Council.
In addition to these rules, and following the General Chapter of 2006 who adopted the principled position: «no practical agreement with Rome without doctrinal agreement», the July Chapter 2012 has established specific provisions that specify the conditions for a possible "canonical normalization" of the Fraternity: in this hypothesis, a preventive extraordinary "deliberative" chapter must be held, that is, equipped with the power to decide on the guidelines taken into consideration.
Not having been repealed, these provisions are always in force: every action in this domain therefore requires the convocation of the Chapter, of his complete information and therefore of his deliberation on the content of the project in question, after verification of the six conditions formulated in 2012.
The decision voted by the Chapter is imposed on the General Council and on all members of the Fraternity.
This is what Monsignor declared. from Galarreta to Villepreux he 13 October 2012:

«And in this Chapter it was also decided that if the Generalate were ever to arrive at something valid and interesting with these conditions, there will be a deliberative Chapter, which means that his decision will necessarily bind (the members of the Fraternity). When there is a consultative Chapter, advice is sought, and then the authority decides freely. A deliberative Chapter means that the decision is made by an absolute majority – half plus one, which seemed reasonable to us – this decision will be followed by the Fraternity.»

It follows that the Superior General is not the "only" competent person to lead the process of normalization with Rome. On the contrary, he has an authority above him that, legally, it is the "sole" competent to sovereignly define the position of the Fraternity. Consequentially, Don Thouvenot is very wrong on this point.
And seeing that he, by virtue of its functions, he is considered as the spokesperson of the General House, we are surprised that Mons. Fellay did not react.
II – On the second point, it is evident that the so-called world "of Tradition" far surpasses, for its various ramifications, societies and religious communities, the perimeter of the Society of Saint Pius. It is enough to remember the refusal of Mons. Lefebvre every time someone wanted to make him the "chief of the traditionalists"!
The formulation that would attribute to the Superior General «responsibility for relations between Tradition and the Holy See» is clearly a perhaps involuntary inaccuracy, and Mons. Fellay should also correct his Secretary General's statements here.
III – On the third point, Don Thouvenot wrongly refers to the Founder to validate the current position of Mons. Fellay as the one in charge of leading the discussions with Rome. He forgets that since after the 1988 an essential parameter has been changed, namely that the Superior General, regarding any canonical normalization of the Fraternity, was submitted in 2012 to a prior agreement with the Chapter.
Mons. Lefebvre had not found himself in a similar position during his talks with Rome, and the parallel made by Don Thouvenot between the situations of 1988 and 2018… it's an anachronism.
And here too, Mons. Fellay should correct his collaborator's statements.
But it is unlikely that he will do so.… Because?
Why Mgr. Fellay himself in recent years has deliberately failed to convene and consult the Chapter before accepting the jurisdiction granted by Pope Francis regarding some sacraments: penance and extreme unction at the end of 2015, order in the summer of 2016 and marriage in 2017; while prior authorization was required, since in all these cases it is a "normalization" – certainly partial, but indisputable – of the situation of the Fraternity.
So, without risking making a reckless judgment, one can think that he has the intention of practicing the same procedure for the final normalization of the Fraternity, which would result from its erection as a personal Prelature.
In this sense, the opinion expressed by Don Thouvenot from Germany and the determination with which he declares that the authority of the Chapter would instead be transferred to the Superior General, It's a worrying sign.
Assuming that the question of the Prelature is actually "posed" during the Chapter scheduled for next July, these declarations of the General Secretary imply that the function of the supreme instance of the Fraternity, if the matter will actually be addressed, would be reduced to a simple "consultation", or rather to a "framework resolution" which would give the Superior General the power to deal with the dossier; with the Chapter which would thus be set aside and reduced to a mere "ratification office".
In this way, the underlying doctrinal debate would be discarded.
Under these conditions, how to guarantee that the Chapter can carry out its task which is to verify the conformity of the normalization project with the Statutes, on the one hand, and to the "spirit" that inspired them by will of the Founder, on the other?
If ultimately this scenario is pessimistic (the realist?) turned out to be correct, and the Chapter, the one in July or another, came to authorize the transformation of the Fraternity into a personal Prelature, the «Copernican revolution» – as J. called it. Madiran – of the work of Mons. Lefebvre would be brought to fruition and the legacy of the great prelate would fall like a ripe fruit into the hands of the cultists of the Second Vatican Council.
In the new canonical context in which it would find itself, under the power of Pope Francis, what kind of protection could the Fraternity hope for from conciliar Rome?
If in fact the Superior General (or the Chapter) they "forget" or circumvent the directives given by the Monsignor. Lefebvre after the consecrations, the statutory constraints of the Fraternity and the "limits" – already softened – decided in the Chapter of 2012, how could the Society demand that the Roman modernists honor their commitments when the Society itself will be totally under their legal protection?
Imagine that current Rome will respect the doctrinal and pastoral space of the Prelature, it means knowing this Rome badly; also taking into account the fact that Mons. Fellay takes his liberties with the internal rules of the Fraternity and ignores the prudent warnings of the Founder.
Who will be able to ensure that at that point the Fraternity, one day or another, does not suffer the fate of the Franciscans of the Immaculate Conception?
Before the decisive step towards the Prelature is taken and the irreparable is reached, the last hopes are placed in the capitulars themselves: that they do not renounce their responsibilities on every aspect of the issue.
In these difficult circumstances, it is hoped that their conscience will be firmly oriented along the paths of supernatural prudence, even if they risk a confrontation with those who seek impossible compromises to the detriment of the battle for the Faith.
For this we pray to Saint Joseph, Patron of the Universal Church.

When the brain gives way to mush, with the satisfaction of the interested party

Reporting of www.unavox.it

Of Belvecchio

More time passes, the more we have to hear, of good and bad, but above all stupid.
We are in what was once the quiet Italian province, governed and governed by common sense, from respect for simple things and from what until a few years ago was called "fear of God". Well, from this province no longer normal, news arrives of the organization of an inconceivable nonsense, called “heresy festival”.

[anyone who is curious to read the program, the names of the promoters, of the "protagonists", of supporters and patrons, go to the website of the same municipality
http://www.comune.trivero.bi.it/on-line/Home/articolo53018466.html?largefontsize]

At first glance, one gasps, the news is so unexpected, but then he smiles mockingly, telling himself that after all, they've been making things up for quite some time, the most disparate festivals are organized and celebrated, that the more abstruse they are, the more they are applauded, finally we needed a nice heresy festival, almost like dotting the i's: what is the nauseating seething of the modern world if not a sort of uncontrolled regurgitation of heresies?
Yes, It is true, it's mostly about crooked and ugly things, but how could such things take hold if normal man had not first decided to turn his back on God?
Therefore “heresies”, both in the sense of mockery and distortion of the Faith, both in the figurative sense: of incredible nonsense, lavished liberally by those who have now given up on making use of that reason granted by God to man, unique in creation, precisely because it was made in His image and likeness.
But let's go back to the Italian province.
This nice thought came to the mind of a joker in Trivero, a small village near the town of Biella, today the provincial capital.
Trivero counts approximately 6000 inhabitants, and is located just over 700 meters above sea level in the Biella Prealps, which are part of the Pennine Alps, in the North-West of Piedmont.
We ask ourselves: What the hell did these mountaineers think of organizing the "first heresy festival"?? They won't be crazy?
It would seem so, ma, search... and you find that the same presentation poster reminds us that this small center had in 1307 some notoriety, when on the nearby Mount Rubello, called Saint Bernard, Fra' Dolcino and his men barricaded themselves, chased by the troops sent by the Inquisition and fled from the nearby Valsesia which they had occupied to make it the hearth of their heretical community.
On the San Bernardo mountain, Dolcino and his men resisted the troops of the bishop of Vercelli in vain, Raniero degli Avogadro, who together with other armed men from the Novara area, in Holy Week 1307, put an end to the heretical preaching of the millenarian Fra' Dolcino; who was executed on June 1st, after witnessing the burning of his partner, Margaret of Trent, and his lieutenant, Longinus from Bergamo.
It is therefore understandable how certain minds were influenced by this medieval fact, have been able to invent a sort of local value to remember, however undeservedly, so long as, given the devastating experience lived in 1300 by the local people, the story of Fra' Dolcino itself was far from entering their historical memory, at least until, nell’800, the freemason lawyer Brofferio didn't have the right idea, obviously interested in an anti-Catholic key, to build ourselves on a sort of legend, duly accompanied by wandering spirits and evil souls, of initiatory caves and hidden treasures to search for, both metaphorically, both practically.
In short, on the unfortunate story of the possessed friar, ended up building another false nineteenth-century libertarian epic, full of inventions and fairy tales just to harm the Catholic Church.
How can you look at this modern Piedmontese initiative without thinking of the freemason Brofferio and his associates then and now... completely disappeared in Piedmont?
But let's go back to the present day, when we read about the presentation of this beautiful idea, sponsored by the current local authorities, provincial and regional, a brief speech by a certain Don Luigi Ciotti, ultra-modern priest who by profession is a constant fighter against what he believes are injustices against the weak.
But before reading what Don Ciotti writes and realizing how he sees things from his personal observatory, it's better to take a look at this photo of him with Pope Bergoglio, where you see them walking and chatting hand in hand... maybe this photo explains something!

Don Ciotti presents, no less, what a sort of hymn to heresy, obviously seen from a Ciottian perspective.

According to him, heresy would be a "choice". It is true, but he forgets to add that it is a “personal choice”, which, far from calling for the choice of good over evil, remember that “personal choice”, founded on the free will with which God has endowed man, it can only align with the Commandments of God and the teachings and precepts of the Catholic Church, which is the Church of God; every other discordant choice is a rejection of God.
So, Easy on statements that seem intelligent but are actually misleading.
And Ciotti himself confesses this when he states that the heretic loves the search for truth more than the truth. And he confesses it without realizing it, since it suggests that "searching" for the truth, therefore discarding that offered by God through His Church, it would be a merit; which is false, also because either one knows the truth and therefore does not need to go looking for it or one does not know it and therefore will strive in vain to look for it, for even when he found it, not knowing her, he wouldn't recognize her.
This is what the Catholic Church is for: to offer men the Truth of God. Other than going looking for her!
But Don Ciotti is obstinate in his errors and allows himself to state that the heretic - who would be a good person - is the one who is not satisfied with "second-hand knowledge". Ora, unfortunately for him, the teaching and knowledge of the Catholic Church is much more than second-hand, but by the umpteenth hand, yet they are the only true knowledge and teachings that man must make his own because they are taught directly by God. And as Jesus Christ himself teaches: “Whoever believes will be saved, whoever does not believe will be condemned" (Cfr. Mc. 16, 16).
So, no heresies, no search for truth, but only adherence with the intellect and the heart, with intelligence and will, to what God taught through His Church.
Anyone who is a "heretic" will be condemned.
And if the heretic is "he who has the courage to have more courage", as Don Ciotti says, there is no doubt that today he who has the most courage, far from pretending to be a heretic, he is the one who rejects the speeches of men - including Don Ciotti - to give himself entirely to the teachings of God, they were also from the umpteenth hand.
If this is the presentation of the initiative, you can't say it's smart.
And because among those called "protagonists" there are characters taken here and there, including a false ecclesiastic and a false theologian whose names we do not mention out of Christian charity; and because the same concepts are taken up and repeated: “promote a festival that represents a moment of reflection on heresy, understood as choice and search for truth, both in the religious field, is…"; which can only mean one thing: promote error against the Truth revealed by God, in the name of a titanic superhumanism which is the same one that brought the world to the miserable state it finds itself in today and which aims to go beyond, until the total devastation of man, of family and society.
God permitting!

Ratzinger defends Bergoglio: "Basta stolti pregiudizi contro di lui" and we are not surprised at all!

The letter sent by Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI to Msgr. Dario Edoardo Viganò
DEDICATED TO “RATZINGERIAN WIDOWS”:
Here is yet another proof of Ratzingerian conciliar disaster, which admits continuity with Bergoglio and the difference in styles, as we have always supported, also in reference to others “occupants” up to Roncalli (N.d.r.)
Letter from Pope Benedict XVI on the eve of Bergoglio's fifth anniversary: “There is internal continuity between the two pontificates”
Of Sergio Rame
“There is an internal continuity between the two pontificates”. Il Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI defends the magisterium of Pope Francis of which, Tomorrow, the fifth year after the election will occur.
After months deeply marked by internal controversies and by doubts raised by several cardinals, Ratzinger himself is acting as a screen for Bergoglio and today he wrote a letter to the prefect of the Secretariat for communication, Monsignor Dario Viganò. “Pope Francis – we read in the letter – he is a man of profound philosophical and theological training and therefore helps to see the internal continuity between the two pontificates, despite all the differences in style and temperament”.
It is not the first time that Benedict XVI has shown harmony with Pope Francis. Today the opportunity comes from the presentation of the series The theology of Pope Francis (published by Lev), but it arrives on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the appointment of Pope Francis. In the letter Ratzinger openly applauds the editorial initiative which, according to him, “wants to oppose and react to the foolish prejudice according to which Pope Francis is just a practical man without any particular theological or philosophical training, while I would have been solely a theorist of theology who would have understood little about the concrete life of a Christian today”. In the personal letter sent to the prefect of the Secretariat for communication, the pope emeritus thanks having received the gift of the eleven books written by as many theology of international fame that make up the series edited by Don Roberto Repole, president of the Italian Theological Association. “Small volumes – adds Benedict XVI – they rightly show that Pope Francis is a man of profound philosophical and theological education and therefore help to see the internal continuity between the two pontificates, even with all the differences of style and temperament”. How Tribalism Becomes Satanism

Reporting of Tradition in Action
Atila Sinke Guimarães
HOW TRIBALISM BECOMES SATANISM – Considering that Pope Francis seems to be embarking on a full-steam campaign to promote tribalism – we saw him in Chile and Peru this past week declaring that “Amazonia is the heart of the Church,” – I thought it timely to warn my readers about the dangers of this move. Toward this end, I first recommend that they read the article by Prof. Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira in this topic. But I also want to translate into simple terms what tribalism is.

forbidden to forbidThe motto ‘It is forbidden to forbid’ painted on Paris; below, a 1968 student & workers march against authority announcing ‘We will win’– and they did
march 1968

We are all suffering the deleterious influence of the 1968 Sorbonne Revolution, which in the United States is almost unknown by this name because here the fruits of that Revolution are generally referred to as the “Cultural Revolution of the ‘60s,” which found its most expressive landmark in the hippie Woodstock festival in 1969.
Independent of the name used here or abroad, what counts is that the Revolution in customs can be summarized by three of its slogans: “It is forbidden to forbid,” “Death to reason” and “Imagination rules.”
We have seen many consequences of the application of these moral-philosophical mottos. Among many: the disappearance of morality in society, logic in thinking, respect for superiors, good behavior in families, decorum in dressing and propriety in language.
These liberal-anarchical manifestations had immediate reflections in the political-administrative spheres, such as the increase of feminist laws pretending that women are equal to men, as well as the concession of legal rights to abortionists and homosexuals. Read More

Piacenza: no to priests who chat on social media during confessions, "very serious act"

Well, this is too much even for the council members…although their authority is able to give anomalous meanings to Confession which is the Sacrament of Penance and reconciliation with God due to one's sins. Attrition, contrition, accusation, forgiveness/absolution and penance are the fundamental characteristics for the Catholic who confesses. This does not seem to be the case among modernists…(n.d.r.)
