Any reasoning about the next government must take into account a future scenario in which the two parties that won the elections, Movement 5 stars and League, they will tend to absorb the electorate of declining parties, Pd and Forza Italia respectively, and therefore alliances, Lega-Forza Italia type, and 5star Movement-Pd, they would be fatal to the novelty of a political renewal and a failure for the realization of the program promised to the voters.
Movement 5 stars and League, successful and expanding, with the strategic horizon of arriving at a bipartisan system, fishing in the electoral basins of PD and Forza Italia, they currently have the same interests and could agree on a few points, type of abolition of the Fornero law, citizen's income, and above all on a new electoral law that guarantees governability. And thus go to new elections (perhaps coinciding with next year's European elections) from opponents, but loyal and true to their word, without entanglements with the old politics.
Many of the people I talk to are excited about such a scenario, with only two parties, with no more quarrelsome coalitions than, as happened between Berlusconi and Salvini, they already clash 5 minutes after the elections to elect the presidents of the Chambers.
The old politics and Mattarella will try in every way to prevent this drastic political renewal, but Di Maio and Salvini can save us by teaming up (the numbers are there 33% M5S + 17% League).
Fortunately, ideologies are dead and buried, left and right no longer exist (indeed the left has abolished the art, 18 which protected the workers and the right is in the hands of the owner of the TVs), and if two parties agree on some program points, I don't see why they shouldn't team up to make them happen.
