There is a creeping and pervasive campaign in our country that wants make the spread of drugs "normal".. AND a campaign that passes through the proposal re-presented in the Senate to legalize the cultivation and sale of hashish and marijuana, left-wing workhorse, radicals, liberals and “smoked” grillini. Shops dedicated to cannabis have multiplied in a short time and in every corner (some have sprung up around my house in a few months 5 o 6). Not to mention the daily messages about drugs between songs, film, readings. Yet a very high percentage of criminal acts, sexual violence or traffic accidents is accompanied by those practices: dealing, use, states of alteration, need to obtain drugs.
Drugs are the Great Remover of our public life because it is the confluence point of two politically sensitive aspects: illegal immigration rackets (from the Nigerian mafia on down) and the spread of a libertarian vision, libertine and permissive. On the one hand, the massive workforce of migrants, especially blacks, in dealing and procuring drugs and on the other a model of radical society, transgressive, anti-prohibitionist that comes from the upper levels of our society, from widespread nihilism as well as from the cynicism of the entrepreneurs of death. On drugs, the psychedelic freedom of "everything is allowed" of the 1968 origins, where rights border on desires, encounters the unlimited welcome of migrants who, due to hunger and alienation to the territory, are easily recruited into the racket. The two factors, shaken by radical ideology, they design the new society we are moving towards and which has lost the sense of limits, personal and territorial, moral and civil. Masses of explants, desperate, in contexts without identity, devoid of everything, available to racketeers and on the other to masses of consumers, desperate and explanted too, but wealthy or in any case able to obtain money, devoid of any reference. The drug market is based on that unholy pact.

Certain areas, certain places and certain hours are off limits in all Italian cities because the drug dealing festival is underway, with relative ugly humanity in tow and a seismic swarm of violence and abuse. There are sometimes reports of seized drug consignments; but they are only the tip of a colossal tour that extends from South America, of the Balkans all'Asia.
And then it is complicated to access communities for the recovery of drug addicts, Serds work poorly and are not tailor-made for the various types but only for chronic patients; psychiatric support structures are lacking, families are at the mercy of chance and the street.
Have you ever heard of anti-drug campaigns?, of structures to deal with the drug emergency, of civic education against drugs? Nope, the sensitive topics are racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia. The silence on drugs it is a form of media and political complicity. The sense of limits and reality dies while the global world is celebrated, without borders between peoples, between good and evil, between the lawful and the unlawful.
