«Between fake news and real information» is the title chosen by the Citizens against the Mafia association for a public meeting organized for tomorrow morning, Saturday 24 November, in Verona at 11 in the conference room of the Liston café 12 in Piazza Bra 12.
The debate will be introduced by Mario Spezia, Scaliger contact person of the association. Alfredo Meocci will be on the speakers' table, journalist and former general director of Rai; the journalist and writer Bernardo Calasanzio Borsellino; Matthew Castagna, journalist and national manager of the Christus Rex association; Marco Milioni, investigative journalist, permanent signature of Today.it and Vicenzatoday.it. He will moderate the debate, which will also be open to a phase of discussion with the public, the journalist of the newspaper l'Arena Enrico Giardini.

This is an event during which the speakers will address not only the topic of "fake news" in the strict sense, but they will bring to the public's attention a reflection on the value of information and on the challenges to which information itself is called in a place like the Venetian one and in particular the Veronese one which has long been at the center of many burning events. The initiative is sponsored by the municipality of Verona and is organized in collaboration with Serit, the Veronese public limited company also active in the province in environmental management. He will be the president of the latter, Massimo Mariotti, to begin the work of the debate by bringing greetings to all those present.
