It's too easy to resolve the neo-environmentalists' march with the slogan "come forward, gratin". They are young, they really believe it? And then it's simply a matter of testing their coherence.

Because the environment is a real problem and deserves to be addressed seriously. Not with high-impact journalistic headlines, in some cases (The Press), they transformed the parades into a sort of procession to obtain the miracle of rain.

Bene, now the protesters have the opportunity to demonstrate good faith and commitment, starting to change your daily habits before pretending to teach the whole world. Enough with cars and motorbikes, to get started. They pollute even when people from Greta are driving. And then reduce the use of smartphones to a minimum since recharging them requires energy. Phone calls and messages are fine, but games and music can and should be eliminated. They want music? Play it live or listen to someone who plays it.

But the real demonstration of coherence is expected on other topics, more sensitive and more indicative of the actual desire to defend the Earth. Italy, and above all the Po Valley, it is overpopulated. Therefore we can expect that the Gretini will begin to fight against the invasion, including the controlled one. There are too many of us and there is no longer room for others. Because an excess population determines an excessive concentration of consumption. Including the indispensable ones of water and food, with an excess of waste starting from organic waste.

And speaking of organic waste, who knows if the people of Greco know that a high concentration of cocaine residue has been found in the waters of the large cities of the North?. Residues that are not good for fish and rivers. So we now expect a march by 100 thousand Milanese demonstrators against the drug dealing park in Rogoredo. Eliminating junkies and drug dealers and returning the green area to those who want to breathe less polluted air. Obviously the people of Greta will be the first to give up not only drugs, increasingly artificial, but also to cigarettes.

Just as they will give up American or Chinese t-shirts and shoes, so as not to contribute to polluting the planet with the transport of goods that can be replaced by local products. Or ships carrying American shoes pollute less than those carrying non-trendy goods?

For the same reason, enough with holidays in exotic locations. Everyone on the nearest beach, drinking tap water because polluting means of transport are used to bring prosecco to the Riviera.

At this point the protest will stop being considered the usual artfully created farce and will become credible. Because it is too convenient to move from Piazza Duomo, in Milan, at the end of the Gretino procession to reach the trendy clubs on the Navigli where you can get drunk on rum, tequila, vodka by smoking a joint or engaging in synthetic drugs. To then claim to teach shepherds how to deal with wolves and farmers how to use fertilizers without polluting aquifers.

Let's hope, among the manifestations of coherence, a bit of study could also be included, given that mostly fake news comes from the mainstream media and there is confusion about air pollution (very serious) with heating. So it could be the kids who explain to journalists that in the Western Alps, until the mid-16th century and starting from the last periods of the Roman Empire, vines and olive trees were cultivated and that the Teodulo pass - beyond 3.300 meters high – it was passable in summer since there was no glacier.
