Roma, 22 Tue – “He 26 May write history, make Europe". It is the slogan chosen by the party of Emma Bonino for the European elections. The Hungarian speculator must have particularly liked it George Soros and wife Tamiko Bolton, who, in the throes of a surge of generosity, decided to donate 200 thousand euros to +Europa, as reported by Wall Street Italia. A lot of money that could certainly come in handy for the electoral campaign.

The substantial financing, paid with two dated operations 22 e 30 January 2019, it was published on the website of Bonino's party, following the entry into force of the Spazzacorrotti law (l. 9 January 2019, n. 3). The parties from 31 January of this year they are in fact required to publish the identities of the financiers whose contribution exceeds 500 euro. So everything is out in the open, no secrets and nothing to dispute. On the other hand, anyone can decide to support whoever they want, also economically. Given that the law prevents individual payments exceeding 100 thousand euros, Soros and his wife saw fit to do one each. Thus they are the main financiers, or rather the only ones to have reached such figures, of +Europe.

A long love story

It is not the first time that we have heard of monetary contributions from the Hungarian tycoon to Bonino's party, but rumors aside, this time we know for sure. Also note that the overall contributions received last year by +Europa, amount to 751.164 euro. Therefore, if this year the budget reached the same figures as the 2018, Soros would have contributed to the 26,6% of the party coffers.

Right, these are still nickels compared to the millions of euros donated in other cases by the well-known speculator, that for example for Hillary Clinton's election campaign in 2016 unstitch 9,5 million dollars. An astronomical figure which in that case, however, was not of much use to Trump's challenger. The fact is that the long love story between George and Emma does not yet seem to have come to an end. On the other hand, it's not a question of conspiracy theories at all, Bonino herself, interviewed by Luca Telese and David Parenzo a In Onda, in July 2017 he lavished praise on Soros, proudly claiming to receive funding from his foundation.
