“Migration can benefit everyone in building more inclusive and sustainable societies. Globally, the number of international migrants has reached approx 258 million in 2017, compared to 173 million of 2000. Migration contributes to inclusive and sustainable economic growth and development in both countries of origin and destination. In the 2017, remittance flows to low- and middle-income countries have reached $ 466 billion, more than three times the amount of APS (Public development aid) received in the same year. Remittances constitute a significant source of family income, improving the situation of families and communities
through investments in education, healthcare, sanitation services, housing and infrastructure. Destination countries also benefit, as migrants often fill job gaps, they create jobs as entrepreneurs and pay taxes and social security contributions. Overcoming adversity, many migrants become the most dynamic members of society, contributing to the development of science and technology and enriching their host communities through cultural diversity.”
This is what we read in the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development of the United Nations, a firma del cinese Liu Zhenmin, UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs. So, compared to 2000 the number of people who left their country of birth and now live in other countries increased by approximately 50% percent (il 49% to be precise) with a continuous growth trend. Beyond the optimistic and unrealistic tones used in the programmatic document, we can extrapolate the presumed economic model of development supported by the proponents of current migrations, That, unlike the past ones, have reached massive levels and are following new directions. Triggering a hypothesized virtuous circle of growth would be, on the one hand, the supply of labor by migrants for unsatisfied requests from local workers, on the other, the flow of money sent to the countries of origin, which would be used not only to alleviate family poverty, but for productive investments in the national economic fabric. A virtuous model and a harbinger of growth, accompanied by a happy coexistence, almost symbiotic, between migrants and citizens of the host country. Read More

Naturally, there are a series of pressures for the Five Star Movement to break with the League, most feared – at least today – by the heuristic elites, both for his tough positions on immigration and for his evident euroscepticism. After all, it was precisely the League that insisted that Paolo Savona go to the MES. And it's no coincidence that, head of the budget committees of the House and Senate, there are two exceptional Eurosceptics: Claudio Borghi and Alberto Bagnai. In short, this Government is the furthest thing that exists from the religious heurism that has governed us in the last twenty years (the worst of which is certainly the one suffered in the last part of the last Berlusconi legislature and in the previous legislature).
Precisely for this reason, many are rooting for the break between M5S and Lega, dreaming of a turnaround, with a reworked M5S that is more accommodating towards heuristic policies. The reasons - it is reiterated - are the attitude of total closure towards mass migratory flows from the African continent and Euroscepticism. Both put a spoke in the wheels of the project of wage deflation and the dissolution of nation states, in favor of the pro-European superstructure. So here they are waving the racist and nationalist scare, to try to induce public opinion to believe that the path taken by the current Government of confrontation with the European Union is the worst and most dangerous for the destinies of the Italian people. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior: the left exists only to insult me, to defend the bankers' EU and unlimited immigrationWith the Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini “I would like to get to know you personally. He is my hero”. The Hungarian Prime Minister said so, Viktor Orban, leaving the restaurant where he had lunch in Milan. “He is my destiny companion – he added – I'm very curious to know his personality. I'm a big fan and have some experiences that maybe I could share with him. I have this feeling”, concluded Orbàn.
“At this point – writes the deputy prime minister and interior minister – the left exists only to insult me, to defend the bankers' EU and unlimited immigration. P.S. In Hungary unemployment is below 5%, Flat Tax for businesses is al 9% and for the people at 15%, Immigration is under control and the economy is growing by 4%”. The deputy prime minister and minister of the interior wrote it, Matteo Salvini, ahead of his meeting this afternoon with Hungarian President Viktor Orban.
E’ and “important meeting” today's meeting in Milan between Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. Former Interior Minister Roberto Maroni wrote on Twitter explaining that “it could truly be the beginning of the turning point towards a Europe that finally takes charge of the immigration problem”. The conclusion of the historic Northern League exponent is a wish for “Good work”.

Illegal immigration is a new business for the mafias. How they change in Italy
Of Francesca Totolo
The Government has changed, as well as policies relating to migratory flow. The new ministers, supported by the broad consensus of citizens, they try to remedy the licentious agreements and against the interests of the Italians themselves of the Renzi-Gentiloni executives, which provided for the indiscriminate opening of ports to NGO ships and those of European missions. The result is clear to everyone: more than 600 thousand irregular immigrants arriving in Italy and the Mediterranean reduced to an open-air cemetery. Maybe one day someone will have to answer for these 14 thousand deaths (give UNHCR 2015-2018).
What few people know though secret agreements signed bilaterally by Prime Ministers Renzi and Gentiloni and by their counterparts from other countries, to make sure that all immigrants collected at sea were brought only and exclusively to Italy. It was last July when the undersigned e Luca Donadel we noticed a ship from Irish Navy which shuttled between the Libyan SAR zone and the Sicilian ports with a rather suspicious frequency. Dublin was not included in the European Frontex mission at the time, EUNAVFOR MED Operation Sophia, which included as a collateral activity the rescue of migrant boats in danger under the coordination of MRCC of Rome.
We thus discovered Operation Pontus, a bilateral pact drawn up in 2015 which involved Renzi's Italian government (then reconfirmed by Gentiloni) and the Irish one, independent of European devices. The agreement, kept silent to Italian citizens and without any mention on the Government's institutional websites, predicted that the immigrants transshipped onto Irish Navy ships in the Libyan SAR area were disembarked in Italian ports. No national press has ever documented the landings of the Irish ships even though they all occurred regularly in Catania, e, at the same time, no one ever mentioned Operation Pontus. Read More

Luigi De Ficchy, chief prosecutor of Perugia: “This is how the trafficking of young girls from Nigeria to Italy occurs”
Of Giacomo De Sena

Of Paolo Becchi and Giuseppe Palma are Libero, 12/07/2017
According to the former Foreign Minister of the Letta government, Emma Bonino, dal 2014 al 2016 the Renzi government would have committed itself on behalf of Italy, in agreement with other European governments, to welcome all migrants arriving in Europe. And so far nothing new, given that this is written in black and white on the agreements relating to the Triton operation. The problem arises if, come the former Defense Minister of the Letta government veiledly implied, Mario Mauro, this had happened in exchange for greater flexibility on the part of the EU on our public finances, circumstance evidently not written anywhere, but everything about a possible secret agreement between the Renzi government and the EU. In exchange for flexibility, which served him for political purposes, it is possible that Renzi betrayed the country, allowing migratory invasion, addressed solely to our territory? The statements of Bonino and Mauro, if read together, they would lead to that much. Many have talked about it, making even harsh criticisms, but no one made a decisive point: if there was an agreement of that type, come the secret exchange agreement between oil and migrants in Malta (of which above Libero news has already been given), this would even have criminal implications.
In fact, there would be criminal liability, as well as political, held by the former Prime Minister and any ministers competing with him. Art. 243 of the penal code states: «Whoever holds intelligence with the foreigner so that a foreign state wages war or carries out acts of hostility against the Italian state, or commits other acts aimed at the same purpose, is punished with imprisonment of not less than ten minutes. If war ensues or hostilities occur, life imprisonment applies". Read More

In the chaos of the story of the 67 illegal immigrants landed in Trapani by the patrol vessel Diciotti after a tug-of-war between the Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini and the rest of the government, a single element clearly emerges: they are making fun of us. Everyone: illegal immigrants, institutions, Vos Thalassa crew. And the traffickers, above all, who are the ones who profit the most. Ecco …
