The lawyer and the drummer

by Marco Mlioni
I learn that the Rino Mastrotto group he would have complained of the content of one of my reports published on Vicenzatoday.it il 10 April. The complaint, came from the mouth of the company's lawyer, story Enrico De Negri, deemed unfounded by the indiscretions gathered by the undersigned with respect to the future scenarios that stand out on the horizon of the Trissinese tanning group. The rumors concerned the rumored change of ownership and the possible repercussions on the employment plan. How many times in fact when foreigners arrive in Italy after a short or long time, especially when ownership changes, there are repercussions on the employment front?
The ownership denies that it plans to downsize its staff. But it is careful not to guarantee that any changes in the shareholding structure will always guarantee employment levels: simply because he can't do it. And among other things, the rumors that speak of a possible changing of the guard within the property have also come from the specialized media. What does Mr. De Negri say about what is reported by the portal by Il Sole 24 ore? And what does Mr. De Negri say about the bible of Italian sovereignists (scenarieconomici.it) than in an article last year signed by the independent analyst Fabio Lugano, one of the main consultants of the association of zeroed shareholders We who believed in BpVi and in Veneto Banca, he writes precisely about the future of the Rino Mastrotto group: «Now a foreign private equity will probably take control of Rino Mastrotto, with the risk that if everything goes well it will be rationalized with Pasubio, if it goes badly, let him be relocated elsewhere". Verona, capital of tradition – interview with Matteo Castagna

EEXCLUSIVE

For the third consecutive year, the Vicenza journalist Marco Milioni interviews our Manager Matteo Castagna on New Year's Eve.
He got out of it, this year too, an interesting picture, even for those who are not Catholic or traditionalist…

Matthew Castagna, Christ the King: Verona, the Italian capital of traditionalism

Matthew Castagna, president of the traditionalist Catholic club «Christus Rex», in the middle of the year it caused a stir when «Cattolici, between Europeanism and populism". After a few months the book continues to be discussed in many circles also due to the fact that Verona has ended several times and has been described in some media as a sort of Italian Vendée. Chestnut, who is one of the permanent signatures of Veronanews.it, explains that the 2018 "It was a year of particularly intense work" both when the publication of the book was "in the home stretch" and on a political level, in the broad sense of the term, precisely because of the testimony in the context of public life, that Christus Rex cultivates day after day, event after event.

Genetic modification through insects

Of Marco Milioni

I am sending you a report published on Ytali.com which is inspired by a long article that appeared in Science. There is talk of the effects on crops that an experimental program launched by the Pentagon could have…
P.S.
Here is the link to the article published in Science…: http://science.sciencemag.org/content/362/6410/35
Virus Gm. If the Pentagon allies itself with insects
A research program designed and funded by the United States Department of Defense, named “Insect Allies” (Insect Allies), takes genetic engineering to a new level. The alarm of scientists
Of Tiziano Gomiero
Lor last 5 October, in the magazine Science, one of the most important international scientific journals, a long article was published, signed by some eminent European scientists, from the title Agricultural research, or a new bioweapon system? (Agronomic research, or a new biological weapons system?). The articleit is a reflection (or perhaps better a complaint) on the research program designed and funded by the United States Department of Defense, named Insect Allies (Insect Allies).
The research project, which takes genetic engineering to a new level, It aims to modify the DNA of plants grown directly in the field, through genetically modified viruses (Gm), transferred to crops by insects, and able, in turn, to engineer the genome of infected plants. GM viruses will be transmitted to crops by phytophagous insects (like aphids, grasshoppers, bedbugs), bred and infected with such viruses, during their feeding activities. Once in the plants, GM viruses modify the genome to make it capable of making the plant produce substances, or physiological responses, that help the plant itself cope with stress. This, according to the Department of Defense.
The Pentagon explained that the research program aims to develop a crop protection system capable of rapidly acting on the plant genome, to help them cope with extreme events, such as drought or pest attacks. In such eventualities, a population of modified insects can be released onto crops. Insects, inoculating the plants with the GM viruses with which they were infected, they allow viruses to modify their physiology to better adapt it to the specific stress to which the plants are subjected. According to the Department of Defense, Insects infected with GM viruses should not be able to survive more than two weeks after release, to prevent them from becoming a problem for the crops themselves, but it is not clear how this can be ensured.

Here is finance without even financiers anymore

Comment and report by Marco Milioni
It sounds like a science fiction novel set in a dystopian future… or the incarnation of an inhuman entity with diabolical traits? (M.M.)
Alexandre Laumonier is an expert in high frequency trading and artificial intelligence. He is the author of 6|5, a book that describes the history and protagonists of a story that seems to be told in a novel by Philip Dick. And which instead is terribly concrete, real, especially given the results of the crisis 2008. And Sniper tells it, a financial algorithm that can determine the successes and failures of entire companies in a few nanoseconds
The financial market crisis told by those who invented it. Who is not a broker and not even an unscrupulous capitalist. In fact, he's not even a man: it's just an algorithm. It's the idea he had Alexandre Laumonier, expert in high frequency trading and artificial intelligence. His blog Sniper in Mahwah it is among the reference sites in studies on current economic flows. It may be for this reason that Leumonier wrote 6|5, the Revolt of the machines, just translated into Italian by Linda Valle for the series Not of the publishing house Nero. Read More

I CONSUMERS: NPL AND GACS? A BIG CHEAT

Written and reported by Marco Milioni
«Small banking disputes under 100 thousand euros? I pretty much am all contestable by savers. For this reason, when credit institutions make demands, know that most of the time they are inadmissible, which is why we invite everyone to have those reports examined by a specialist". It is Alfredo Belluco who speaks in such peremptory tones, Venetian president and regional vice-president of Confedercontribuenti, a consumer association among the most active during the scandal of the reversals of the former popular Venetian companies VeBa and BpVi.
However Belluco in the video interview given to Alganews.it issues another warning. In his opinion, the issue of non-performing loans in the belly of the banks (slangly known as non performing loans about Eg) it is nothing more than "a half-sham" designed to attack the assets of small savers precisely in light of the fact that the requests made to the latter are too frequently tainted by unfairness of all kinds starting from «from the application of usurious rates which are prohibited by law». Then the banks, Belluco still maintains, they would have inflated the claims made to many account holders also with the aim of dressing up their balance sheets to be "more attractive for the stock market and other investors".

Mattarella's no? Between political choices and strong powers

Image results for Mattarella and the powers that beWritten and reported by Marco Milioni
The reasons why the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella he de facto said no to an executive made up of Lega and M5S with Paolo Savona at the Economy and Giuseppe Conte as Prime Minister they are the subject of a very harsh clash. And they will be for a long time. And as happens in such cases, the reasons for such drastic choices trigger reactions of all kinds: there are insults on the web. There is the harsh and thoughtful criticism of a high-ranking constitutionalist like Massimo Villone, until reaching the j'accuse by Massimo Fini and Ugo Mattei. All this suggests that the stakes are very high.
Now it would be important to be able to understand whether the head of state's niet really only has generic correlations with the need to protect savers or if there is something else underneath. First of all, who are the savers that Mattarella is referring to?? It is Mr. Bianchi and Mrs. Rossi who have put away some BTP? They are the large stakeholders who professionally make profit from the public debt of nations? To try to shed some light on this cave, it is necessary to account for an indiscretion that has been circulating for several hours among the Venetian parliamentarians recently elected between Palazzo Madama and Montecitorio.. An indiscretion according to which people very close to Mattarella would have advised the head of state against allowing a minister considered disinclined to the wishes of large investors in government bonds to set his sights on the chest which at the Ministry of Economy contains one of the best kept and most controversial secrets of recent years: that of derivatives subscribed by the State to guarantee public debt. Infrastructure, the rumors and the Venetian lead

Image results for Venetian foothillsOf Marco Milioni

Hello dear readers,
I believe that these rumors that run along the Veneto-Rome axis could interest you. We talk about the infrastructure department…
The rumors come from Rome. As part of the formation of the new government led by the Northern League and Five Star Movement, some Venetian names would have been circulated for the infrastructure department, one of the most strategic. These are names that are not only eligible for the ministerial position, but also for that of undersecretary. The first is that of Silvano Vernizzi, today CEO of Veneto Strade, he was for a long time the extraordinary government commissioner for the Veneto Pedemontana. His choice would be at Lega quota but very well appreciated by Fi circles. Another name that is circulating is that of Massimo Colomban, former councilor for subsidiaries in the municipality of Rome in the M5S council, He has a past in the centre-right and would not be unwelcome to the League. The latest name circulating is that of Massimo Malvestio, well-known lawyer from Treviso, known for being one of Zaia's spin doctors, in his case his name would have been proposed without the interested party being immediately made aware of it. Rumors have already circulated among the M5S base that they would not have liked the three names because they were considered too close to the Venetian infrastructure establishment. In the Region that once belonged to the Serenissima, some more delicate games are being played in the field of great works. Just think of the conclusion of the MOSE, to the Marghera reclamation, to the canals for large ships and the Pedemontana Veneta, the Valdastico Nord and the Orte Mestre not to mention the Tav Brescia, Verona Vicenza, Padova. These are projects opposed by the M5S and instead by the League, in a coalition with the centre-right he has always supported it. As has been explained several times in the national press (from Fatto and Corsera first and foremost) right in Veneto, in terms of infrastructure, a crucial game will be played for the country, within which it will be important to understand how much the lobbies that operate behind the infrastructure sector will be able to make their weight felt on the unborn government.
