Who knows why they call them non-governmental organizations, better known by the acronym NGO? Almost all of them are in fact direct emanations of States that, no longer being able or willing to enter personally as actors in the conflicts they trigger everywhere, they invented this "humanitarian" formula which works much better with journalistic and television storytelling.
