ore 14,00: appointment in Osimo, to the parking lot of the San Carlo church, in Via Molino Mensa, 1 (from the historic center: direction Macerata); arrangement of baggage and classification of pilgrims. Maximum punctuality is recommended.
ore 15,00: departure on foot; in Osimo veneration of the body of San Giuseppe da Copertino; stop at the sanctuary of B. V. Sorrowful of Campocavallo;
ore 19,30: arrival in Castelfidardo, baggage distribution, accommodation in the rooms, dinner and overnight stay.

ore 7,45: S. Mass.
ore 9,00: colazione; sistemazione dei bagagli.
ore 9,45: partenza; sosta al sacrario delle Crocette a Castelfidardo;
or 13,30: arrivo a Loreto e pranzo al sacco.
ore 14,30: processione alla basilica e preghiera nella Santa Casa di Loreto.
ore 16,00: partenza del pullman per riportare i pellegrini a Osimo.
ore 16,30: arrivo a Osimo e fine del pellegrinaggio.
Come raggiungere Osimo
Per chi viaggia sull’autostrada A 14: uscire al casello di Ancona Sud-Osimo.
Per chi viaggia in treno: scendere alla stazione ferroviaria di Osimo. In questo caso comunicare l’orario d’arrivo all’organizzazione, che provvederà a venire a prendere i pellegrini alla stazione. Per il viaggio di ritorno si invita a prendere il treno alla stazione di Loreto.
Modalità del pellegrinaggio
I pellegrini percorrono a piedi l’intero itinerario del pellegrinaggio (22 km), leaving the cars at the San Carlo car park in Osimo on Saturday afternoon.
On Sunday afternoon from Loreto a bus will take the pilgrims back to their cars.
Before the start of the pilgrimage, personal luggage will be loaded onto a van which will transport them directly to Castelfidardo, at the place of overnight stay.
During the route, pilgrims in difficulty will be able to use the service of some minibuses.
Along the way the priests ensure spiritual assistance (recitation of the S. Rosario, you sing, meditations, confessions). It is recommended not to use mobile phones while driving.
The meals
Saturday evening dinner: in a restaurant.
Breakfast on Sunday morning: at the Hotel Parco in Castelfidardo.
Sunday lunch: packed lunch just outside Loreto. Each pilgrim must arrive at the pilgrimage with the necessary items (food, drinks, silverware, ecc.), the organization provides fresh bread and water.
We also recommend energy drinks and food for walking and for breaks.
Equipment and clothing
Pilgrims must bring:
– one bag with personal effects for overnight stay: it is advisable to put a label with your name on your luggage to facilitate sorting;
– a bag with food and drinks for a packed lunch on Sunday.
It is advisable to bring a water bottle and a backpack for the march, containing everything you need in case of rain, personal effects, the energetic ones, ecc.
We recommend comfortable shoes and a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
Men are advised to avoid wearing Bermuda shorts; we suggest that ladies and young ladies wear skirts below the knees and a veil or headdress for prayers in churches and for assistance at Holy Mass.
Overnight stay
Pilgrims stay overnight in some hotels in Castelfidardo. Two or three-person rooms are available, divided for women and men.
Participants must therefore adapt to sleeping with other pilgrims. Obviously families use the same room.
Bed spaces are limited, so “first come, stay well”. Cheaper accommodation is possible for children.
To maintain the spirit of the pilgrimage and not disturb the other participants, pilgrims are invited to return to their rooms by midnight.
Participation fee
The price includes: the hotel room, Saturday night dinner, Sunday morning breakfast, the use of the room for a packed lunch on Sunday, the Loreto – Osimo bus journey at the end of the pilgrimage.
For adults: 65,00 euro.
For children up to 14 years: 50,00 euro
Anyone who has financial difficulties (students, large families, ecc.) do not give up the pilgrimage: the organization will be able to facilitate registration.
Anyone unable to participate can send an offer to contribute to the organizational costs and to encourage the registration of the most needy people.
N.B. Registrations relate to individuals and not to associations, si prega pertanto di non partecipare al pellegrinaggio con bandiere o magliette relative a gruppi particolari.
Versamento delle quote
– Prima del pellegrinaggio: versamento sul c.c. postale n. 51 17 99 27 intestato a:
Ass. Mater Boni Consilii Onlus – Casa San Pio X specificando: “Pellegrinaggio a Loreto” (si prega di inviare per posta o per email la copia del versamento);
– oppure direttamente a Osimo mettendo la quota in una busta col nominativo del/i pellegrino/i da consegnare al sacerdote responsabile.
– Agli iscritti impossibilitati a partecipare verrà trattenuta una quota di 30,00.euro.
