No patronage at Gay Pride, it is a divisive demonstration and therefore should not be supported.

NO TO GAY PRIDE IN TRENTO, GENOA AND LOMBARDY
Genova (centre-right), Trento (centre-left) and the Lombardy region with the Northern League member Fontana denied their patronage to the Gay Pride. The most common reason is that they are divisive initiatives. Surely the real reasons are others, but in any case the important thing was not having given the patronage.
There are therefore only three public administrations that have said No to Gay Pride, but perhaps they are an indication that perhaps the wind is changing. Politicians have realized that the number of homosexual people and supporters of the homosexual cause is not significant in terms of political support and the number who are annoyed by the pervasiveness of gender ideologies is much greater. So it seems that supporting the gay cause doesn't pay. This does not alter the fact that perhaps some or all of the politicians who have refused patronage are intimately convinced that initiatives such as those of Gay Pride are an attack on the family and on common sense.

AGAINST THE CURRENT BERMUDA: GAY MARRIAGE REPEALED
E’ same-sex marriage in Bermuda lasted less than a year, overseas territory of the United Kingdom. Its governor, Indeed, John Rankin, has promulgated a law that will no longer allow the celebration of gay weddings in the archipelago or on ships with their flag. It is the first territory in the world to repeal same-sex marriage.
The law that established this new form of marriage dates back to May 2017 with a decision of the Supreme Court of Bermuda after the appeal of two men who wanted to get married. The reform, however, was voted on last December by a vast majority (8 votes up 11 in the Senate, 24 are 34 to the House). Same-sex couples will now be able to obtain a civil union (open, the latter, also to heterosexual couples) but not marriage. The gay wedding already celebrated (six or seven in total) remain valid.
According to Minister of National Affairs Walton Brown, as reported by La Fede Quotidiana, although the contracting parties cannot marry, they will enjoy “of a free union in which they will have the same rights”. Brown explained that the law was born out of support from the majority of Bermudians (which in total are just over 60 thousand): a non-binding referendum of 2016 has certified that the 69% of the population is of the opinion that marriage should be between a man and a woman. It must be said that from the same referendum it emerged that the 63% of the population is also against civil unions. If Bermuda really wants to respect the majority opinion, will also have to abolish this other institute.
Meanwhile, the news that goes against what happens in other places in the world has disappointed the shipping companies flying the Bermuda flag.. The reason? Il business, of course. Receptions by homosexual people had been booked on their boats: now they will necessarily be cancelled.

US SUPREME COURT: PASTRY CHEF CAN REFUSE TO MAKE CAKE FOR “WEDDING” GAY
Mireya to Eileen Rodriguez-Del Rio son “married” and they asked Cathy Miller, owner of Tastries Bakery, to prepare a wedding cake. Lei, because of his religious beliefs, she refused. The two women turned to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing which agreed with them, citing the law against discrimination based on race., type , religion or sexual orientation.
Miller did not give up and appealed to the Supreme Court which ruled against the lesbian couple. In fact, the judge wrote so in the sentence: “A wedding cake is not just a wedding cake if analyzed from the point of view of freedom of expression. E’ an artistic expression of the person who prepares it, to be used at the center of a wedding celebration”. Therefore freedom of expression cannot be coerced by the will of others.
However, the judge added that a different case would have been if the cake had not been prepared ad hoc, but it was one of the many displayed in the window. These would not express the artistic freedom of the woman and therefore one could not appeal to freedom of expression. This is false because even an anonymous cake is an expression of whoever makes it. Secondly, the theme of collaboration in evil is pertinent here, central theme for Miller who in no way wanted to cooperate in the success of that “marriage”. And laws and judges should protect such wishes.
