Other news from the gay world (less and less cheerful): in Rome a kindergarten abolishes Father's and Mother's Day, mother and mother illegitimate act of the Hanger, diocese of Turin criticizes the registration of two mothers(AUTOMATIC READING)
Disgusting, no, per “celebrate” the self-styled “gay-pride”, Disney stores have also launched a line of themed merchandising, like ears “rainbow” of Mickey Mouse or the collectible LGBT pins. Which, however, should not be too surprising: as reported by the information agency InfoCatólica, Disney would repeatedly host unofficial annual "Gay Days" at Disneyland and Disneyworld, arousing criticism even in the LGBT world itself.
Please note that during the «Gay Days» there are events such as fetish parties such as the competition for the election of «Mr.. Leather" or the "Bingo Porno XXX" and other events with at least partial nudity. Disney has also made considerable efforts in recent years to “normalize” homosexuality among children also through its television programming, attentive parents! For example, with the series The Fosters, aired for five seasons, dal 2013 al 2018, su ABC Family e ABC Spark in Canada. This series was created by Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige, openly homosexual: in the first season it follows the events of the self-styled “family” Foster, a lesbian couple with biological and adopted children; in the second season, passes from adult homosexuality to infantile homosexuality: Jude, the youngest child is 14 years old, Connor basin, the friend from school, who defended him when he was the victim of bullying.
Another lesbian couple in the 2014 during the program Good Luck Charlie, made by Disney Channel. In the 2015 the Walt Disney Company has given support to more than that 379 society, pressing on the United States Supreme Court, to remove any state veto “marriage” gay. In the 2016 here is another homosexual couple in the cartoon Gravity Falls, broadcast on Disney Channel, that of Sheriff Blubs and Deputy Durland. So said the creator of the program, Alex Hirsch, about the discussions we had with Disney's censors on the matter: «They basically admitted that there were no good reasons to change it, but they had “received complaints from several homophobic parents and preferred to avoid the headaches". Surrender, but, in his opinion, would have meant being "basically hostages of the intolerant", “ruin” the product, when «the worst that can happen is receiving a few letters. Who cares?». It's clear how, with these premises, the strategy is now more than clear…

ROMA: ASILO ABOLIZES FATHER'S AND MOTHER'S DAY
In a Roman kindergarten, pressure from a homosexual couple led to the abolition of Father's and Mother's Day, replaced by a generic and politically correct one “family celebration”. Il 12 maggio, on the second Sunday of the month, when, as per tradition, Mother's Day will be celebrated all over the world, the children of the Chicco di Grano nursery school in the Ardeatino district of Rome will therefore not be able to celebrate their mother “discrimination” their companion that a mother doesn't have because “son” of two dads.
This decision sparked disconcerted protests from parents who, through the Articolo association 26, have made a formal protest against the kindergarten leaders by sending a complaint to the municipality and underlining how the choice to eliminate the traditional Father's and Mother's Days is a “reverse discrimination taken after pressure from a homosexual couple”.
The City Hall's response is ready – the Articolo association announced 26 – defended school choice “making it clear that the two centuries-old celebrations are ideological and divisive and therefore should now be canceled with a more inclusive 'family' celebration”. By Article 26 it's about “a grotesque response because it is divisive to undermine the rights of all other parents and children and it is ideological to erase the greatest symbols of humanity, of which both homosexual parents are part, they too were born of man and woman, both their children”.
The Municipality's response according to which these parties should now be canceled as they are no longer there “representative” of today's complex society highlights the real and tangible consequences that our society inevitably faces by legislating in favor of the so-called “lgbt rights”. Introducing the law on civil unions into our system is not, in any way, a neutral act that limits itself to broadening the sphere of rights but is a decisive step that revolutionizes and irremediably shatters the fundamental and natural cornerstones of our society.

MOM AND MOM ILLEGITIMATE ACT OF THE HANGER
Chiara Foglietta, city councilor of the Democratic Party in Turin, and her partner Micaela Ghisleni fly to Canada and there Foglietta undergoes heterologous fertilization to have a baby. They return to Italy and the baby is born at Sant'Anna hospital. At that point the couple requests that the newborn be recognized as the legitimate child of both women. The civil registrar correctly refuses. Indeed, only couples of different sexes can access artificial insemination practices by law 40/2004, not homosexual couples nor single men or women. Furthermore, the forms of the Turin registry offices stop at 2002 and therefore it does not even contemplate extracorporeal fertilization procedures. The registry office therefore suggests Foglietta, biological mother of the child, to declare that the baby was born following sexual intercourse and the father does not want to recognize his son. This lie would at least resolve the recognition of the son in favor of Foglietta, but the other partner in any case could not figure as a second mother.
The couple doesn't agree and calls into question the administration of Mayor Chiara Appendino which yesterday, with a coup d'état and in defiance of Italian laws, recognizes the minor as the son of both women. Mind you: this is not about stepchild adoption, that is, the adoption by Ghisleni of Foglietta's natural son, but rather the recognition of the child as the legitimate child of both. E’ as if Ghisleni had also given birth to the child. E’ the first time it happens in Italy with these methods. In the recent past there have been some cases in which this recognition of double homoparentality had occurred abroad and then, by order of the judge, the legitimation had been received here in Italy. In parentheses, the Hanger, in addition to the recognition in favor of the lesbian couple mentioned above, yesterday he also proceeded to recognize the children of two other gay couples, whose dual parenthood, however, had already been recognized abroad. However, the case of Foglietta and Ghisleni is different because there was no such foreign recognition. Therefore the Appendino did not proceed with the receipt of a foreign legal document, but it moved in full autonomy without even the intervention of a judge.
The act is illegitimate because Italian law does not provide for this type of filiation, even excluded from the Cirinnà law itself which made civil unions legitimate. The first citizen Chiara Appendino knows this well and in fact from Facebook, a few days ago, he made no secret of his less-than-legal intentions: “For the first time the City of Turin finds itself faced with unprecedented cases of new forms of parenting which completely legitimately require the recognition of what for them is a family, understood as a physical and emotional place where two or more people love each other and build their own and their children's future together. For months we have been looking for a solution compatible with current legislation. After that our will is clear and we will proceed even by forcing the hand, with the hope of opening a debate in the country on the topic of rights which is more urgent than ever”. In short, if the legislative hole is there, good, otherwise we will continue on our way. PD city councilor Maria Grazia Grippo is on the same wavelength, vice-president of the Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission of the City of Turin: “This situation, in which Chiara and Micaela are not the only ones to find each other, it imposes a political stance and cannot be dumped on the offices or worse on the child”. What translated means: even if the law prohibited this type of recognition, politically we will not obey.
This Turin affair, combined with other similar ones which have seen the recognition of double homo-parenthood, has given a notable acceleration to the theme. The Cirinnà law was passed in May 2016 there wasn't even a heated clash over adoption in favor of homosexual couples, ma “solo” sulla stepchild adoption. Not even two years apart, the question “stepchild sì – stepchild no” appears largely outdated and now two men or two women can easily appear on the family status as legitimate parents of test-tube babies. As we have highlighted several times, in relation to the legal regulation of ethically sensitive matters, the parliamentary chambers are now somewhat spread out’ throughout Italy, sometimes in the courts and sometimes in the council chambers. Parliament will then only have to register in a law the judicial and administrative practices now in use in the country.

DIOCESE OF TURIN CRITICIZES THE REGISTRATION OF TWO LESBIAN MOTHERS
A few days ago Mayor Appendino registered a child as the son of two “mothers” lesbians. Now the procedure, which is against the law, is being examined by the prefecture. In the meantime, the diocese of Turin takes the field and criticizes Appendino's decision and does so through the diocesan weekly “The Voice and Time” of which we report some excerpts.
“The breach made last Monday by the Turin administration with respect to the laws regulating the registry office and the civil status is truly disconcerting.: Mayor Appendino decided to 'force his hand’ – his words – and register a newborn as a 'child’ of two mothers. The registry rules do not allow this type of registration. Not even the Cirinnà Law on civil unions has changed this point. And then we ask ourselves: what are Parliament's decisions for?, if the other state institutions do not recognize them? […]
The magisterium never tires of stating that every child – to grow in a peaceful and balanced way – he has the primary need to have a father and a mother. Maximum consideration, truly shares in the pain of those who would like a child and don't have one, must stop in front of the fundamental needs of the little ones. Hence the opinion against the legalization of children with two mothers or two fathers; the desire for motherhood, like other desires in life, it is not achievable at any cost. […] It's not about going 'against progress', whatever it is. But to remember that it is not social norms that change the structure, even the biological one, of the human person”.
