Seventeen of the nineteen trans are not trans, but they declared themselves trans only to be elected as women. The tongue twister serves to describe the paradoxical situation that has arisen in Oaxaca, Mexico, in the municipal elections and reported in the Foglio.

When they realized the scam, the associations got angry. «It has been identified that 17 from the 19 approved applications are not part of the transgender community", said leader Naomy Méndez. Hence a complaint to the federal authorities, who launched an investigation.
This will be resolved with the obligation for candidates to present themselves not as a fictitious name, how it happened, and having to campaign by publicly identifying themselves as transsexuals to voters.
