THE STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE OF THE LIBYAN CONFLICT by F.s.

The Libyan civil war is a continuation of the Yemeni one
Haftar, guest of Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte the day before yesterday in Rome, has expressed its desire to continue military action against the Government of National Unity led by Fayez al-Sarraj.

Witnesses speak of insolent and brazen behavior towards the Italian prime minister, Haftar is usually deferential towards the leaders of Egypt and Saudi Arabia. However, it should be considered that while Prime Minister Conte was speaking with Haftar, the Italian ambassador to Tripoli Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi confronted the Minister of the Interior of the Tripoli government under attack, Fathi Bashagha, historic exponent of Muslim Brotherhood and pragmatic advisor to Prime Minister Sarraj.

BLONDET, WHAT GAME ARE WE PLAYING? of Piemme

Report by Giacomo Bergamaschi

[ 10 April 2019 ] The philosopher Augusto Del Noce said of himself “I am neither reactionary, nor conservative, but traditionalist”.
By accepting this taxonomy how to classify Maurizio Blondet? Perhaps he is a mixture of the three categories.

But this is not what I want to talk about but rather to point out a very recent article of his, Draghi government, off to the last looting.

He takes inspiration from the rumors according to which Mattarella is preparing to award Mario Draghi the title of senator and then nominate him, given that Draghi will leave the ECB in the autumn, a Prime Minister of a Monti-bis government.

E’ It is plausible that the Eurocratic elite has this operation in mind? Yes it is. We also agree with Blondet that it must not only be denounced but rejected by all means. So where is the problem?? Whatever it is, taking inspiration from some very recent statements

made by Di Maio on Fazio's broadcast (aimed at calming the oligarchy and presenting the M5s as a reliable pro-European political force), after having said all sorts of things against the Movement 5 stables, Don't let the blonde down, textual:

«With extreme rapidity, almost like an agreed signal, all the actors are repositioning themselves for the new framework that will bring Mario Draghi to government with the support of 5 Stables, as well as the PD, Berlusconi escorts, and perhaps even of the League".

Simply put, Blondet, not only does it take for granted that we will have a Draghi government without going through early elections, but that this government will be supported, as well as from the Pd and Berluscones, from the Five Stars… and perhaps even by the League. Read More

L'ISLAM POLITICO E LA DIMENSIONE SPIRITUALE DELLA GEOPOLITICA

Report by Giacomo Bergamaschi

Some interesting and intelligent comments to my recent article, for which I thank the authors from now on, they give me the opportunity to delve deeper into some aspects, by force of circumstances, I had to leave it out in that context. The main criticism of the piece is not about, upon closer inspection, the now imminent centrality of a new universal Mediterranean mission, nor the soon-to-be new Han-led social-Confucian anti-liberal global order, but the role that political Islam plays and would play in this context.
At this point a very brief historical-cultural introduction is necessary. The most advanced historiography, like a certain "idealistic" Germanic and Italian philosophy, sees an authentic "metaphysical-cultural" degree in the thought model based on war strategy, superior to both the scientific and economic ones. About that, Samuel Huntington's perspective itself seems very clear to me.

MACHIAVELLI, SAVONAROLA ITALIAN AND POLICY

This essay takes up the position on Savonarola expressed by our Matteo Castagna in his book, which still continues to spark discussion and which some students would like to translate into English and French.
The short essay that we present to readers continues the debate regarding the autonomy of politics and Italian political and philosophical thought (from Machiavelli to Gramsci) started with ETHICS AND AUTONOMY OF POLITICS, so with ANTONIO GRAMSCI AND JACOBINISM.

The central Machiavellian dilemma is that between ethics and politics. Italian idealism, more consequent than the German one, radicalizing the epistemological question, it is no coincidence that he placed it at the center of his epistemology. Immanence or transcendence? Giovanni Gentile ne “La Filosofia di Marx” ritiene di aver espunto dal marxismo il nocciolo di trascendentismo naturalistico che ancora gli restava; in "The Reform of Hegelian Dialectics" he carries out the same operation with the Lutheran theological transcendence which would still remain within Hegelianism. The Hegelian Absolute, as the Lutheran Holy Spirit, it transforms into the immanent Ego, act in progress and freely Thinking. The "religious reform" of Gentile's actualism allows us to identify Gentile's position as unique in the history of philosophy; the one that brings immanentism to its ultimate consequences, comes to affirm the authentic religious vision and practice, removing it from the criticisms of pantheists and atheists.

ANTONIO GRAMSCI AND JACOBINISM by Eos

Report by Giacomo Bergamaschi
[ 21 February 2019 ]

Days ago, in the short essay ETHICS AND AUTONOMY OF POLITICS, Eos had already highlighted the fundamental bond between Antonio Gramsci and Benedetto Croce. He returns to the issue, contesting the point of view of those who instead, like Del Noce (e Diego Fusaro) underlines the common thread between Gramsci and Giovanni Gentile
GRAMSCI SECOND OF NOCE Del Noci's reading of Gramscism is a fundamental hermeneutic passage. The maximum historical realization of Gramscian philosophy occurred in the period of the Italian protest, which represents on the one hand the definitive decline of the Soviet way and Maoism, on the other, the epistemological decline of the path of the Frankfurt School, in Luccacs, Althusser, to the advantage of Gramscian neo-idealistic voluntarism.
