The injustices of the judges

LAPRESSE_20190308161212_28690928The worst enemy of justice, too often, on the contrary, it is those who should enforce the law. An all-Italian short circuit that fills the pages of newspapers every day and which puts the need for a drastic reform of the entire judicial system back at the center. It wouldn't be enough, Indeed, sweep them away decriminalizations wanted by Matteo Renzi to solve a problem that is now colossal and which has names and surnames, that is, those of magistrates who sign absurd sentences.

How is this possible, for example, that a pusher Tunisian, caught with kilos of hashish, marijuana, coca ed ecstasy, was immediately released after declaring that he was dealing "out of necessity" having "lost his job" and not knowing how to make ends meet? Or how is that possible the Court of Appeal of Ancona did not recognize it rape of a girl because this one "looks like a boy"? Or how is that possible to a murderer the sentence has been served Why, according to the magistrate, would have "acted as a reaction to the behavior" of the victim? Each of these judges will defend themselves by guaranteeing that they have interpreted the law in the best possible way. But who defends us from certain absurd regulations or from the do-goodism of certain robes? Too often, Indeed, the victims risk paying (or to die) twice. Read More

CHRISTIAN MILITIA AND FREEMASONRY

War is man's life on earth (Gb7,1)
Of Francesco Lamendola
Article published on the site New Italy Academy
What is human life? What living consists of, day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute? Not in a purely biological sense, like that of every other living creature; nor:what is it for?, o:for what purpose is it given to us?For the conscious man, of course, and not for the man who lives from day to day, without ever asking a question that goes beyond its immediate benefit; nor for the child, who asks himself many questions because he lives completely immersed in the amazement of continuous discovery, but who still doesn't have the reasoning to put them in the right way, much less to find the answers, life is essentially a militia.
This was obvious to the Christian, as long as the Catholic Church still did its duty, that of teaching what is essential in the order of supernatural life, as well as in that of natural life: and we're not talking about centuries and centuries ago, but from a few decades ago. Then, starting from the Second Vatican Council, the bad theologians have arrived, who introduced their terrible theology; and theology influenced the liturgy, then the pastoral care, finally the doctrine itself, reversing the right order of things, according to which theology is given to clarify the faith and not to complicate and confuse it. Reporting of BastaBugie editorial team
And then: Ru486 also in day hospital, free condoms to students… Lombardy denies its prolife past
Of Luca and Paolo Tanduo

The Lombardy Regional Council has approved the law to reform cemetery and funeral services. E’ An amendment from the Democratic Party was also unanimously approved, which partially modifies the provisions regarding the burial of unborn children, called in the amendment "products of conception", following interruption (voluntary and otherwise) of pregnancy. The amendment introduces that this must happen "exclusively at the explicit request of the woman or whoever is entitled to the decision", for example in the case of minors or people incapable of understanding and wanting. The previous rule required that they be buried anyway, restoring unborn children the dignity of persons instead of being treated as special waste. Read More

L'ultima "conquista" of the libertarian generation

L'ULTIMA "CONQUISTA" OF THE LIBERTARIAN GENERATION

The Dutch parliament legalized euthanasia in 2002. More precisely (and hypocritically) decriminalized “termination of life upon request”, avoiding the word euthanasia and assisted suicide. The act remains prohibited in theory, but the doctor can practice it if he judges the patient subject "to intolerable suffering and without prospects". In the 2007, medically assisted suicides were even fewer 2000. In the …

Neofeminism. The color of rancor

by Roberto PECCHIOLI
Thank God, March 8th has passed.
International Women's Day was spent in Italy amidst demonstrations, the pervasive smell of mimosas and the usual virtuous pistols of politics, in which the right and the left compete to share the female advance and make occasional speeches competing in armchair feminism. The most disturbing sign was the…

Saint Gregory the Great

Giuseppe Federici Study Center – For a new onset2007_0101roma20060150
Saint Gregory the Great
Il 12 March the Roman liturgy celebrates Saint Gregory the Great, Papa, Confessor and Doctor. We remember itor with some passages of the card. Schuster gave his Book of the Sacraments.
This party, also celebrated by the Greeks, it is already found in the Gregorian Sacramentary of the time of Hadrian I, and it is one of the few that has penetrated the Roman Calendar since ancient times during the Lenten period. The celebrity of Saint Gregory (+ 604), and above all the symbolic meaning that his historical personality took on, when in the Middle Ages he embodied the concept of the Roman papacy in the most sublime expression of his primacy over the entire Church, justified this exception. It can indeed be said, that the entire middle age lived by the spirit of Saint Gregory; the Roman liturgy, the sacred song, canon law, monastic asceticism, the apostolate among the infidels, pastoral life, all, in a word, ecclesiastical activity, it reported to the Holy Doctor, whose writings seemed to have become like the universal code of Catholicism. The very large number of ancient churches dedicated to the Holy Pontiff in Rome attests to the popularity of his cult, which, as well as its ancient monastery of Sant'Andrea al Clivo di Scauro, had as its center his venerable tomb in the Vatican basilica. (…)
We must serve the Lord in the conditions in which He has placed us, and not in those in which we would like to place ourselves. A beautiful example of this practical sense on the path to holiness, what Gregorio offers. His thoughtful nature pushed him to the quiet study of philosophy, in the peace of the cloister. God instead wants him to be diplomatic, papa, administrator of an immense real estate asset, even strategist in directing the defense works of the Italian cities besieged by the Langobards; true consul of God, by activity and power as vast as the whole world. Gregorio, very often kept in bed by podagra and stomach pains, without filling the air with his regrets, it adapts wonderfully to all these offices, and with the intention of serving the Lord alone, he supports them with such admirable mastery and perfection, which fills the entire middle age with its spirit, and he leaves deep traces of his genius in the subsequent life of the Roman Pontificate. Alcide Degasperi anti-Jew, non-Catholic, model and reference of the Left and catholic communists

by Emilio Giuliana
It is certainly not my intention to make judgments on the "Statesman of Sardagna", but for the record I would like to also mention aspects that inexplicably journalists, historians and men of "culture" omit. Alcide Degasperi and not De Gasperi (he cannot boast of any noble lineage) how his name is mistakenly transcribed, in some articles published in the newspaper in his youth “Trentino” show closeness to the positions of Karl Lueger (the mayor of Vienna, Christian-social and anti – Jew). For example, it reads: «We are not against the Jews because they are of another religion and of another race but we must oppose them with their money putting the yoke of slaves on Christians» (1906). Thirty years later, in the column on’ “Vatican illustration”, mancano invece parole di condanna contro l’esproprio dei beni degli ebrei austriaci. There are situations in which violence, even if it takes the appearance of aggression, it is actually defensive violence, that is, legitimate>. Read More

Euro: who are the Italians who have enriched themselves with austerity

Of Paolo Becchi e Giovanni Zibordi
Source: Paolo Becchi

Over the last ten years, Italy's GDP has increased by 100 billion. Bit, very little, let's talk about the "nominal" GDP, i.e. the value of the annual product in euros, which also includes the effect of inflation. Financial wealth (money, conti, titles, policies) instead it increased by 1,100 billion, ten times as much. Before the introduction of the euro, thanks also to inflation, Nominal GDP often increased by as much as 7 o 8% per year and even in the first years of the euro it grew by 4 o 5% the year.

This obviously made all the debt more sustainable, that property prices would also rise, that there were few “rotten” loans in the bank. Dal 2008 instead there were four years in which the GDP (inclusive of inflation) it dropped and after ten years it has barely risen since 1,630 a 1,730 billion.

Wealth in euros in the bank instead, after initially descending on the 3,200 around the 2009 has started to increase again 1,100 billion, and now it's about 4,300 billion. This is because the values of securities have increased on the markets thanks to the ECB's policies and because Italians have saved much more.

Italians have net wealth (net of debts) per capita among the highest in the world, higher than the Germans and English and slightly higher also than that of the French. This financial wealth figure shows one thing: It's not true that everything has gone wrong in recent years, a part of the population, the wealthier and older one did not suffer too much. If we talk about real estate wealth, yes, in Italy property values dropped and never recovered. Read More

The religious factor in the domination strategies of the Anglo-American power elite

Of Luciano Lago
Source: counterinformation
As many analysts have reported, the religious factor cannot be overlooked in the geopolitical structures and in the processes of change that are currently taking place in the world balance. It is not a negligible matter that religious belonging contributes decisively to strengthening the sense of identity of a people or a community of peoples or even, in certain cases, to reconfigure its identity itself.
As I know, the strategy of the dominant powers, the United States of America today and Great Britain, at the time of the British Empire, they have always leveraged religious affiliations and exploited the religious divide that exists in practically every state, with the aim of prolonging their domination over the rest of the world.
In the current era, since the war in Afghanistan against the USSR, the USA has exploited Islamic radicalism for its geopolitical ends, those of overthrowing unwelcome regimes or occupying strategic countries ( from Afghanistan to Iraq) over which to gain control of the resources. Just think of the use of Al Qaeda which was cultivated by American intelligence agencies, since the 1980s in Afghanistan,as the USA itself subsequently favored the establishment of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), for their own purposes of overthrowing governments and balkanizing the area based on religious and ethnic divisions.
It cannot be denied that confessional wars and religious conflicts have always been a constant in history, in Europe as in other continents, and these were used by power groups for their own ends, representing the longest and most painful conflicts in human history, with an enormous amount of violence and bloodshed that such clashes provoked.
