ORGAN AND TISSUE DONATION
HOW TO REVOKE FROM THE REGISTER / CNT-SIT / ASL-FSE
Those who went to renew their Identity Card at the registry office of some Municipalities, taken aback, signed a form relating to organ donation presented by the operator as if the "choice in the Municipality" was a duty. In retrospect, they consider themselves blackmailed and ask the Anti-Predation League for a solution. We therefore give a public and practical answer on how to formulate the revocation request and to whom to address it. Below is the outline to copy and address to the three organizations involved. Furthermore, the State Printing Office is under investigation for having put into circulation almost 350 thousand electronic identity cards with defective microchips. Non-donors are in danger.

Object: Return of the signed form to the Registry relating to organ and tissue donation
I, the undersigned ……………………………. born in …………………………………. il ………………… and resident of ……………………………………….. on the street …………………., presented myself at the registry office of……………….. to renew my Identity Card I was induced by the employee to sign a form which states that the donation of organs for transplantation takes place "after death".
This form does not make it clear that it involves the removal of vital organs from a person in so-called "brain death" with a beating heart and active circulation., perpetuating the misunderstanding of making the citizen believe that it is a real death in prolonged cardio-circulatory and respiratory arrest.
Furthermore, it falsely states in microscopic print at the foot of the page that this registration is "according to regulations", indicating three regulations: the Law 91/99 which instead is dramatically evaded due to the lack of the Implementing Decree of the Art. 5 for the declaration of will; he D.M.. 8 April 2000 (Rosi Bindi) which instead is temporary and used to open up to various deceptions such as the present; e he D.M. 11 March 2008 (Livia Turco) which is linked to the aforementioned Bindi temporary decree to introduce the illicit and unconstitutional filing at the Municipalities.
I therefore irrevocably revoke the membership which I consider to be extortion and ask the Registry for immediate repayment by registered mail.. of the document signed by me;
I ask the National Transplant Center for the declaration of removal from the national database;
I ask the local health authority to cancel what has been sent from the registry to the electronic health record..
If I come in 20 days the form signed at the Registry will not be returned to me and I will not have received confirmation of what I requested from the CNT and the ASL I will be forced to take legal action.
I reiterate that this is my definitive will.
