«Italy will have a stable government, the center-left coalition will be the pillar of this government and there is no risk of populist or anti-European governments". This was said by Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni at the end of the meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in which the Italian votes on the 4 March. And he added: «The government solutions don't come from the polls, the voters will give her the 4 March. My opinion is that the only possible pillar of a stable and pro-European coalition can be the centre-left coalition.... However, I believe that Italy will have a stable government not characterized by anti-European positions".
In short, at the same time as pollsters (Supermedia developed by YouTrend for Agi), just over two weeks before the vote, they give the center-right coalition to 36,7% and close to reaching an absolute majority of seats, the M5s al 28% and the Democratic Party only to 22,8%., Gentiloni announces that the country will almost certainly have a centre-left government.
At this point all that remains is to send Piepoli and colleagues home (even if the polls' margins of error are now minimal), clear the seats and form yet another puppet government suggested by Brussels. It's not a very unlikely hypothesis, since the person saying these things is not just a post-communist who must have had something Stalinist in his brain, but above all the head of the last of four governments (Monti, Letta Renzi and Gentiloni) lowered from above, that is, devoid of any popular legitimacy to govern as the Constitution indicates when it states (art. 1) that Italy is a Republic, based on work (co.1) and that (co.2) sovereignty belongs to the people who exercise it in the forms and limits of the Constitution.
Gentiloni's words are very serious as they continue to vilify the sovereignty of the Italian people. If in fact his words are true, the next consultations will be useless as in Brussels they have already decided what government to give to Italy, implementing yet another coup with the appointment of a government that will be the expression of something different from what the Italians will have established with their vote. That, at this point, as always, it matters little or nothing, just as the citizens' indications in the various referendums on the legal responsibility of magistrates counted for nothing, on the abolition of the Ministry of Agriculture or on public financing of parties, all ignored or misrepresented.
At this point the Italians will have to resign themselves: to retire ad 80 years, to have the 40% percent of unemployed young people, not being able to decide about their future, to welcome millions more "migrants" in exchange for the benevolent approval of European bankers on our public accounts, to passively suffer any form of imposition.
And all this despite the fact that the elections taking place in various European countries confirm the citizens' desire to break away from the Europe of the bankers and its failed policies.
This being the case, Italian citizens, il 4 March, they can easily desert the voting booths by opting for a trip out of town. At present, getting rid of this little theater of dwarves and dancers appears to be an impossible mission.
