Il “Ulisse Dini” State Scientific High School Of Pisa,as stated on its website, with Circular no. 100 of the 22 December 2017 has in fact approved and planned for the8 e 9 January 2018 a special plan alternative teaching activities, titled my school, my reading, organized by the school students themselves in "self-management" where, much to the parents' surprise, they “jumped out” well two courses held by representatives ofArcigay locale.
The circular, issued three weeks ago by the head teacher of the Institute, illustrates the methods of carrying out the activities of the students of "my school, My Reading”, specifying how the alternative educational courses, although not mandatory, will be open to all and will take place during full school hours from 9 all 12.45 :

“The institute representatives, on behalf of the high school students, they have activities planned for the days 8 e 9 January 2018, from hours 9.00 at hours 12.45. With this in mind, the following organizational provisions are given, with respect to which all students are called upon to assume specific commitments and responsibilities and all teachers to collaborate actively, according to their duties of service:
1. The program of alternative teaching activities organized by the students will take place during lesson hours (9.00 – 12.45) exclusively in the assigned classrooms on the ground floor. On the first floors, second and third, the lessons will be reorganized for those who do not intend to participate in the activities (the location of the classes will be communicated by the Office of the Vice President every morning within hours 9.00).

3. Everyday, at the first hour, all students will go to their classroom for the roll call and registration of attendance. Those who choose to join the self-managed activities for that day will have to declare it during the teacher's roll call in the first period, which will provide for immediate transcription into the electronic register (by 8.10) of their names and their choice (…)”.

This raised protests from the parents of the students of the Dini High School it was there reading the program of self-management lessons, made public only the day before the start of the project, that he has brought to light the assignment of 2 “didactic” classrooms, from the 30 overall, divided into 4 different groups, Social, Scientific, History and current affairs and Miscellaneous, to the homosexual association “ArciGay” of Pisa.

FIRST CLASSROOM

THE REACTIONS

After having become aware of the presence of Arcigay within the educational program, the parents of the Committee "Family, School, Education" have issued a statement to denounce the inappropriateness that

"on a topic as delicate and sensitive as sexual education, a homosexual association such as "ARCI Gay" should take the lead. Parents believe, Indeed, that the discussion of issues relating to sexuality education cannot be limited to the promotion of mere "technicalities" to avoid unwanted pregnancies and infectious diseases but must necessarily include aspects of affectivity and acceptance of life understood as a primary and intangible value. The ARCI Gay association not only does not provide any guarantee of attention to these fundamental aspects, but it is the bearer of an at least partial vision of human sexuality".

The “Family; School, Education” he also asks, “in what capacity does the “ARCI Gay”, being a private association clearly aligned and militant on homosexualist issues, is authorized to hold a lesson on the topic of contraceptive methods. The parents of the “Family, School, Education” are very worried that the students of “Dini”, That, let's not forget they are largely minors, rather than being accompanied towards integral human growth, are abandoned to yet another propaganda campaign aimed at promoting lifestyles dear to the LGBT community".
