Curcio was part of the first Executive Committee of the Red Brigades established in 1972, together with Alberto Franceschini, Mario Moretti and Piero Morlacchi. The mayor of Orsara can deliver a recognition as an institution but not as an Anpi because he has no legitimacy to do so. The Municipality's behavior is incorrect".
