Global warming (RG) it is the realization of the dream of environmentalists (who from now on I will always and only call Gretini): exercise total control over society and individual behavior. Gretinism has served for decades as the best excuse for controlling the actions of individuals, blackmailing them with warnings like: do this for the salvation of your children o, if you don't have any, for the safety of the seals. But with RG it's a completely different force: do it for the salvation of the entire planet, because your behavior in Stockholm, says little Greta, has consequences in Gitega, in Burundi. The RG spectrum has the additional benefit of allowing the irritating obstacle of national sovereignties to be overcome, contemptuously dismissed as sovereignism.

The RG problem is so gigantic that, actually, no solution is sufficient to solve it, and whatever you do it will never be enough. Remember the Kyoto Protocol which came into force in 2003, it made us bleed financially, but we did not get even one iota closer to the result we were aiming for? It was "just a first step". But why CO2? Because controlling CO2 means controlling energy uses, and that means controlling all of us, our economy, our lifestyles: where communism failed, they are trying with Gretinism. Which is not without a tragic irony: the worst ecological disasters were those perpetrated in the Soviet bloc countries and still are today in communist China
