“The style of the Court” has been informed of some news which, if confirmed, appears very interesting, given the climate we live in these days following government decisions to curb human trafficking, and the – lucrative – activities of NGOs. The CEI has sent all the Bishops sheets to fill out to collect information on how many asylum seekers have been welcomed by them, dove, in which facilities and so on.
Let us not forget that the Church and collateral organizations are strongly interested in this substantial business.

I read in today's Corriere della Sera, a pag. 5, than the archbishop of Agrigento, as well as President of Caritas, card. Francesco Montenegro, referring to the decision to limit the access of immigrants, declared that 'We must prepare for a multi-ethnic world and not close doors and windows'. No mention of the consequent evangelization. Mah!”.
