Green light for 'third sex' signs in all public places.
A totally “gender free” city, but this time, Unfortunately, we're talking about Italy. It actually happens in Reggio Emilia, where the Municipality has recently ordered the adoption of a protocol totally oriented towards the LGBT community. Not just rules to combat discrimination on sexual grounds, but a real revolution that is involving all public places.
Asl, University, Penal institution, offices of the Municipality and the Province, up to the construction sites: from today it will be possible to identify people of the so-called "third sex" and the alias chosen for this "transition" will be contemplated. As, to complete it all, they will be public toilets, which will no longer only include the male/female option but also a hybrid alternative between the two.
The members of the "Arcigay" community of Reggio Emilia celebrate, grateful to the mayor for these absurd initiatives. But the requests of the LGBT world do not stop here, as if what we've done so far wasn't enough. There are various pressures on regional institutions to approve a law on surrogacy.
