Il 14 last January on a flight from Santa Cruz, in Bolivia, landed in the Roman airport of Ciampino, After 40 years of escape, the former terrorist Cesare Battisti. Waiting for him on the track were the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini in the police uniform and the Minister of Justice Alfonso Bonfede. Subsequently, a video was published, posted by the Keeper of the Seals on Facebook, which showed the salient moments of the taking over of Battisti by the Penitentiary Police complete with background music. To the hornet's nest of controversies that followed, today we add news that both Minister Salvini and Minister Bonafede have been aware of for at least a week, namely that due to their behavior, following a complaint, a case was opened at the Rome Prosecutor's Office, who decided to apply for dismissal by filing it with the Court of Ministers, which could as we know, even reject it. According to the Rome Prosecutor's Office, Bonafede is in collaboration with Salvini, would have violated the law for the failure to adopt appropriate precautions aimed at protecting people under arrest from public curiosity and any kind of publicity. What got the Minister of Justice into trouble was precisely this video in which Battisti was shown in the passage and delivery between the various law enforcement agencies. However, for the Roman magistrates the fact does not constitute a crime because there would be no intent and no financial advantage. Now the ball passes to the Court of Ministers.
Certain Judiciary, in fact, is helping Salvini's electoral campaign for the European elections in May…(n.d.r.)

Controversy over the film dedicated to the Foibe: the Region asks for the dissolution of the Anpi
FIFTH COLUMN
A frightening mix of blasphemy and gender is on stage in Massa. This time, it was the image of Jesus Crucified that was exploited. It happens at the “Storytelling” exhibition, open to the public at Palazzo Ducale - in Massa - which displays the paintings of the Sicilian "artist" Giuseppe Veneziano. Among the images also the one it depicts Jesus on the cross, wearing a leopard-print slip by “Dolce and Gabbana”. To complete the work, the writing “Lgbt” stands out at the top, instead of the acronym “Inri”.

Italy does not «need hatred, but of truth and justice". This is why it is time for the institutions to think «seriously about dissolve the Anpi». It was the one who pointed the finger at the partisan association Elena Donazzan, Venetian councilor for education, which was addressed first of all to Sergio Mattarella. Donazzan's reasoning starts from the repeated manifestations of denialism about the foibe signed by the ANPI and reaches the only possible conclusion: «It's time to say enough to the tolerance of “comrades who make mistakes”». «Chi nega le foibe, the drama of the Italians of Istria, Fiume and Dalmatia and the ethnic cleansing of which they were victims cannot have citizenship. If the ANPI thinks it can get away with a press release - underlined Donazzan - it has not understood the seriousness of the matter".
