Today (24/9/2018), also driven by the umpteenth disappointment felt in hearing Conte's words at the Ambrosetti Forum in Cernobbio (see my post from 11 September), I have filed a complaint with the Oristano Public Prosecutor's Office with a brief description of the incredible consequences and suffering caused in Civil Society by the fraudulent debt monetary issue by a private banking system which passes itself off as the owner of the value of the currency without having title.
It would be good if this complaint did not remain the only one filed. If even just a few dozen, hundreds, or thousands of people throughout Italy decided to present it, some more sensitive magistrate could take it into consideration and not dismiss it.
Things move if we, the people, we decide to take action.
I therefore invite all those who have the opportunity to read it, to help me spread it as much as possible; Therefore, to deposit it yourself at the nearest Prosecutor's Office, possibly improving it and naturally changing personal data, to start a peaceful rebellion, silent, without much fuss but certainly very effective.
Anyone wanting the complaint file filed by me can contact me at this email : paolo.maleddu@gmail.com
Truth and Love for others are destined to triumph. It is a universal law, the force/vibration that vivifies everything. We are destined to win.
I will also make a short video, and I will still ask you to help me spread it.

Oristano, 24 September 2018
To the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Oristano
I, the undersigned Paolo Maleddu, born in Oristano on 27 March 1951, resident in the seaside village of Torregrande in via del Pontile N. 16A, I would like to hereby expose some facts regarding the monetary issue in our country whose consequences, if not brought to the attention of public opinion and the Judiciary to be appropriately taken into consideration, continue to produce countless economic hardships and suffering for the entire Italian population.
The facts, objectively incontestable and in the public domain, they are as follows:
1 – money, in the form of euro banknotes or credit (bank transfers, electronic cards, checks etc.) it is issued in our country by the European System of Central Banks (European Central Bank in collaboration with the Bank of Italy) and by ordinary commercial banks spread throughout the national territory. Metallic coins are an exception, representing a small percentage of the circulating capital, which are minted by the State Mint;
2 – the money originates as an interest-bearing loan disbursed by the banking system to a private individual, requesting company or body that, in the act of receiving, they turn into debtors;
3 – the debt created, capital + interest, is always greater than the loan, consisting only of the disbursed capital.
The facts just exposed lead to the following logical consequences: for each 100 euros of capital disbursed as a loan by the banking system, Civil Society must return it 110 : capital 100 + interests (let's say, for simplicity of calculation, 10%) 10 = 110.
They enter 100 euros and 110 they should come out: I say they should, because in an economy that uses money as a means of exchange, no human community can function if it has to give more money than it receives.
Since all money originates as a loan (capital only 100), the debt is mathematically inextinguishable in money, not having entered into circulation i 10 corresponding to the interests.
First paradoxical consequence: in Civil Society there is never enough money in circulation to pay (in money) all existing debt.
Second paradoxical consequence: the lack of money being not occasional but constantly present, the bankruptcy of a certain number of private individuals is inherent in the current monetary system, society or even the state. A non-negligible percentage of entrepreneurs will be, compulsorily and without your knowledge, destined to fail regardless of one's entrepreneurial abilities.
Third paradoxical consequence: in the current monetary system the richer Civil Society is in circulating money, the more indebted it is; the more indebted it is, the richer society as a whole is.
Last paradoxical conclusion: we imagine that everyone, private, companies, Municipalities and State, were able to pay off their debts. All euros would return to the banking system from which they come and not a single cent would remain in circulation. Paralyzed economy, no trading possible, paralyzed transport: nothing could work anymore.
Incredible, no?
In the current monetary system the human community, in order to survive, it must be (at the same time, obligatorily and perpetually) indebted and in the mathematical impossibility of being able to pay off every debt.
Like any railway train, Civil Society is forced, without his knowledge, to follow a route decided by others. It is placed on tracks that necessarily lead towards an inextinguishable Public Debt in money and the consequent privatizations (foreclosures is inelegant) of the main strategic common goods: water, energy, frequencies for information media and telephony, transport, education, healthcare, once public food industries, and so on. The community of men thus comes together, towards the private banking system (the Creators of Money – International Finance), in the typical condition of psychological and de facto subservience of the debtor towards his creditor.
Even more incredible is the fact that, even though these facts are in the public domain, those who can do nothing to stop or, at the very least, report the illegality. The coin, like all units of measurement, it's a convention, its value is given to it by the State when it is declared the official currency of the country: as it can be issued by the private banking system which, to remove any doubt, it even printed its own copyright on euro banknotes?
Art. 1 of the Italian Constitution states:
“Sovereignty belongs to the people, which exercises it in the forms and within the limits of the Constitution."
There cannot be sovereignty of the people if monetary sovereignty is ceded to subjects other than the State. And if monetary sovereignty is ceded in conflict with the Constitution, the transfer deeds and the resulting deeds (laws, treated, decrees, public debt securities, payments etc.) they are all null and void, ab origine, because they are contrary to the Constitution and subversive of the constitutional democratic system.
Art. 3 of the Italian Constitution, in the second paragraph, reports verbatim:
“It is the duty of the Republic to remove economic and social obstacles, That, effectively limiting the freedom and equality of citizens, they prevent the full development of the human person and the effective participation of all workers in political organisation, economic and social of the country."
I believe that the facts and their consequences reported above are in direct conflict with this article. E, since "It is the duty of the Republic", I appeal to the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Oristano to invite those who have the power to "remove economic and social obstacles."
Art. 11 of the Italian Constitution:
“Italy repudiates war as an instrument of attack on the freedom of other peoples and as a means of resolving international disputes; allows on equal terms with other states, to the limitations of sovereignty necessary for a system that ensures peace and justice between nations; promotes and encourages international organizations aimed at this purpose."
Ora, with the words of Savino Frigiola (from his “High Finance and Misery – Global usurocracy at the expense of the people”), the limitation of national sovereignty such as monetary sovereignty, suffered by our country, it serves only to transfer wealth, laboriously produced by the entire population, to a coterie of private bankers, to the detriment and serious detriment of national social and productive positions. The European Central Bank does not have the aim of ensuring either peace or justice between nations; therefore this Article does not allow the transfer of monetary sovereignty to the ECB.
I come to file this complaint trusting that the good news and love for others will succeed, sooner or later, to penetrate any of the many prosecutor's offices spread throughout the national territory, raising awareness of some magistrate who, infected by the growing awareness that is rapidly spreading among ordinary people, finally stop looking the other way to avoid seeing widespread injustice and illegality, decides to challenge the Constitution e, strong in a legal system that the prevailing neoliberalism will never be able to completely overturn, prenda l’iniziativa di non archiviare ancora una volta l’anelito di giustizia di tutto un popolo, soffocandone le speranze.
Cordially,
paolo maleddu
“Ed è bene, Instead, che il popolo sappia finalmente che lo Stato ha da tempo rinunciato alla propria sovranità monetaria in favore di un ente privato, qual è la Banca d’Italia; ha rinunciato, Meaning what, ad emettere moneta propria, with the consequence that, for the pursuit of its institutional goals, is forced to ask for a costly loan for the necessary financial resources, becoming indebted to the issuing institution. And it is good that you also know that this useless debt is necessarily transferred to citizens through tax pressure.
Therefore, the people find themselves indebted to that currency of which, Instead, it should be proprietary, also because it acquires value only because citizens accept it as an instrument of exchange, and therefore only because and as a consequence of its circulation.”
