The law in force in Israel is Talmudic law: based on the notion of “separateness” from the “impure” cannot integrate the Palestinians (nor anyone else); deriving from the Talmud, it does not know the logical-Aristotelian distinction between good/evil, fair/unfair, legal/illegal; therefore it is based on “Jewish oxymorons” (as a “Jewish AND democratic” state ), and regards other human beings as livestock, not endowed with a soul . And it applies these legal principles in its treatment of the Palestinians.
The value of these statements is that they were not written by an "anti-Semite" - but by a jurist graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem who made alyah from South Africa,
