He will say it in April, when the groups that will go up to the Quirinale will have to present themselves with a concrete proposal, made of programs and numbers. There, after the post-election decantation, we will see if it will be possible to extract a government from two non-majorities to give to the country. Being too active right away can only make the situation worse.
It won't be easy or even short, but at the moment it is the only way. They call it the artichoke strategy. From outside to inside, one leaf after another is removed until it enters the heart. From the Quirinale they define it as a "progressive approach" to the problem. Time is on your side.
